They have variety of products to choose from and above all their fitters Paul and team along with the customer service is so good. You can also find some parts with them that are not available elsewhere and get it fitted by them. So convenient for elderly as well and avoid some other traders trying to rip off.

So pleased with our new en-suite. Victoria very much listened to my ideas and came up with the perfect design. Frank was our fitter and also did brilliant job. He was a perfectionist and managed to hide every bit of pipe work. Excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you.

Lucy was amazing.
One of the hinges had broken on our 8 year old Rak soft close toilet seat.
I had tried numerous plumbing suppliers & been told we would need a brand new toilet seat.
Then I rang Bathroom World & Lucy asked me to send pictures of the broken hinge so she could contact Rak direct & a few days later e mailed me confirming my new hinges were ready for collection & even better news there was nothing to pay.

From start to finish it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Bathroom World, Lucy and the team have been great, very knowledgeable, great selection of products in the showroom and always on hand to answer questions. Just genuinely lovely people! They recommended a fitter who again has been great, the bathroom has been finished to a very high standard and on time. Overall really pleased and worth every penny.

I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our recent bathroom fitting. Although it did get off to a slow start as I had to change bathroom fitter due to the original person allocated by Bathroom World having family issues. My new bathroom fitter, Frank, quickly stepped in ascertained our needs and from then on the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded all expectations.

Frank and the tiler were punctual, respectful of our home, and maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the project. Communication was clear at every stage—any questions we had were answered promptly, and we were kept informed of progress each day.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Every tile is perfectly aligned, the fixtures are installed flawlessly, and the finish is immaculate. It’s clear they paid great attention to detail, and their experience shows in the final result. Even small touches, like the seamless silicone work and precise placement of accessories, have added to the luxurious feel of the space.

We have gone to bathroom world a few times now and every time the service and knowledge is absolutely brilliant. This time we dealt with Lucy, she was kind, friendly, informative and gave all the time needed to make sure that we got what we needed and to make sure it was the right fit for us. I love how they have stock in their shop too that is different from other bathroom shops and there’s something for everyone. Thank you again for all your help 😊
