Shocking I have sent numerous emails but no response. Staff have given false information and then when questioned it was all denied. The onelybreoly was that I need to read the policy.

Great service at a crucial time

Great service from Charlie and the team who turned around what could have been a problematic situation. The bath I ordered was not in stock so I had to order it from another supplier. But rather than the rest of the items being delayed, they were delivered earlier than anticipated. I would buy again from them.

Mixed experience so far

This was our first order with Bath Supermarket, with a total value of just over £2,000 for a full bathroom kit drop.

Some items have arrived as expected, however several key components were missing and are now due to be delivered separately, which in itself is understandable.

The main issue is that a 300 drawer unit we ordered was substituted with a 300 door unit without any prior communication or approval. We were not contacted before dispatch, and only became aware of the substitution when the delivery arrived.

This is particularly frustrating as the drawer unit was showing as in stock on the website at the time of order, and still appears to be in stock now.

Unfortunately the substituted unit doesn’t work for the installation, as the drawer units are required to match either side of the basin unit, so this has caused delays and additional coordination on site.

Communication since raising this has been very matter-of-fact, explaining what was done and why, rather than discussing options beforehand or working through a resolution collaboratively.

Stock issues do happen and we’re reasonable about that, but with an order of this size it would have been far better to confirm before shipping an alternative item that wasn’t ordered.

At the time of writing we’re waiting to see how this is resolved and will update the review accordingly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Great Quality Products

We ordered a toilet and basin combo from Bathsupermarket and were really impressed with both the quality of the products and the speed of delivery. Everything arrived well packaged and as described.

A few small items were missing from the delivery, but the team responded immediately and sent out the missing parts without any hassle — fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Bathsupermarket for their reliable products and excellent after-sales support.

Great prices for great quality products.
Delivery was as scheduled, on time and quick. Customer service was also second to none with a speedy response and queries resolved.

Fantastic service, products and price!

Had a fantastic experience using Bath Supermarket. The products arrived quickly and when I was told they were meant to arrive. Great quality products at an amazing price! Any questions I had were answered promptly from their customer service team. Will definitely be using them again!

Dreadful delivery

Dreadful delivery
Took a day off work to fit promised delivery 10am-12am
Nothing arrived
Rather than blame royal mail use decent courier
To all thinking of using this outfit, i too negate wasted time and no taps went to plumbers merchants later that evening!!!bought similar taps fitted them at great extra cost
Terrible service i will never return
Go elsewhere you will save time , frustration and money

The best place to shop

The above evaluation is based on the excellent shopping experience I had during my interaction with Bath Supermarket. The customer service was second to none; expedient, prompt, courteous, helpful, and solution-oriented.
I noted an issue weeks after my purchase and rang customer service to notify them. They were apologetic and proffered a solution asap without the usual interrogation you get from some CS. My item was redelivered the next day, guaranteed.

5 weeks in and no delivery

Ordered toilet on the 12th May and it still has not been delivered. Contacted them on the 15th May to say I had not received an order confirmation or notice of delivery. Said they would contact courier and email me an update. Nothing received so contacted next day and in 5 more subsequent attempts before their web chat connected me to a human. Said courier had attempted delivery and nobody was home except my mum is housebound so she was home. When I checked the video doorbell I assume this was the courier, called at 08:39:20 and left after 1 try of the bell at 08:40:14. Now I can’t imagine many 80 year olds can get from the bathroom down the stairlift in less than 1 minute. Next day they said they’d contact the courier and arrange delivery, heard nothing but they did send me a copy of the invoice on the 23rd May. Waited until the 2nd June and I contacted them again and they promised delivery today and it’s now 18:50 and no toilet has arrived. I’ve now wasted a day of my annual leave waiting in for nothing. Tried webchat again but all offline. Contacting tomorrow to get a refund as I don’t trust this company. Not sure how long it will take to get through again though as they don’t seem to have a phone number. I should have realised that was a red flag. Update to the saga, there is a parent company called Plumbworkz and they had a phone number. I called them and they spoke to the courier who said the toilet had been delivered the day before and they spoke to me on the phone before delivery which was all lies because nobody had called me and nothing had been delivered. Guy on the phone kept repeating this story and then in the end said he would have to get the company to investigate. 4 days later and no further communication.
Update, found the parent company Plumbworkz who had a phone number which I rang only to be told the courier had called me the day before an spoke to me and then delivered the toilet which was a total lie as I had received no call and certainly had not had a delivery. Guy I spoke to said he'd had to look into it. I said don't bother and asked for a refund which at least did show up in my account a few days later.

Good quality products, slight delivery hiccup

I spent over £1000.00 on a full bathroom set up and feels premium. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shower tray wasn’t delivered on the scheduled day. It arrived the next day, so not a huge deal but a bit frustrating when you’re trying to keep things on track. That said customer service was polite and helpful and I’d still happily order from them again

Could not fulfil part of order and then cancelled order without notice

Part of a package deal order now unavailable due to system errors and incorrect stock allocation. Stock not due back in until 20 July (54 days!!)

Whilst initially provided option to refund that item only, they could not accept that doing so would incur the customer additional costs as buying items separately from other suppliers would cost more than initial package deal price. Whilst offered a reduction on an alternate item, was still more expensive than competitor pricing and not right that customer should pay for the company's administrative mistakes.

Rather than dealing with the matter correctly, they have now simply and coldly cancelled (and refunded) my entire order despite me clearly stating that I did not wish for them to do so. I am now left with having to start again with the ordering process elsewhere. All of which could and should have been avoided and am left feeling very undervalued as a customer.

I had a great experience shopping with Bath Supermarket. The website was easy to use, prices were competitive, and the product descriptions were clear and accurate. My order arrived quickly and was really well packaged. I had a couple of questions before buying, and customer service responded promptly and professionally. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
