Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
I bought some TCG sleeves which weren't in stock, BathTCG replaced these with a higher price version at no extra cost they then agreed to replace the lower quality sleeves with the better quality they had originally replaced the missing stock with, without charging anything additional for extra postage.
