I am completely redoing my en-suite and bathroom. I don't like to buy everything all at the same time just in case I'm not happy with the product so initially just purchased a p-shaped bath with enclosed shower screen. It was delivered on the day expected and I was extremely happy with the bath, etc. I then ordered a basin with cupboard. Again delivered on time and excellent quality. Finally, I ordered a wc, basin and shower tray, etc and all delivered on time. All products are well made, no damage and now installed and they look great. Why did I use this company 3 times? Delivered on time with free p&p, very helpful on the phone or email and products are of excellent quality at a great price. I couldn't get better prices anywhere else. Definitely recommended!

I ordered this bathroom vanity unit on the internet for a reasonable price thought it would be an ok product but was really surprised at the quality of the unit and basin most of all the wife was pleased if she's happy everybody's happy .

The company were very good about calling to arrange speedy delivery of the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, when it arrived there was a crack in the unit, which can't be helped with online orders. Following a number of emails and phone calls from myself to try to sort this out quickly, the customer service team at Allbits have been more than helpful in scheduling a replacement product to be sent out and taking the faulty one away at no extra cost, so they've been very good at dealing with the issue I had.

Bought via eBay, arrived fine in well wrapped large box. Nice mirror, not much more to say:)
