Like many of the other reviews, I ordered an exercise band set from this supplier as advertised on Instagram. My credit card was charged and I received a shipping notification 10 days after the order. The bands were never received after a month from when I received the shipping notification. The Fedex tracking number I was given is not a Fedex tracking number and I could not find any other shipper that recognized the numbers. I sent an email and did receive a reply that was poorly written in English asking me to continue to wait for the shipment. I'm not optimistic I will ever receive the order and I certainly won't ever order from ads on Instagram.com. Screwed again by Facebook!

Orderede resistance bands in the beginning of March.My card was charged,I still has not receiver my order. Tracking is aweful,aparently still On the Way from Ching.The Company at some point gave me a FedEx tracking number that did not Work because it’s not FedEx.Will Contact my bank.

Don't buy here. You won't get your products. Awful experience.

DON'T BUY HERE! The ads on social media look nice but the company sucks.

The track and trace of my order wasn't working so I didn't know that the order was delivered at the post office because I was on holiday. After a week it was returned to sender and that's when the emailing with customer service began....
I would get a full refund if they received the product back. If not I'll get half. They didn't inform me so I have to ask them if they got the product. Yes they did.
But instead of a refund they say they send the product back to me. With a track and trace of a total different product and country.
The only reply on your emails is: 'you'll get your product' or 'you'll get your refund'.
They don't answer any of my questions and now 3 months later I still haven't got a product or refund.
The emails are send by superfff.com.
I will escalate it by my creditcard company where I have an insurance if your product is missing.

Kind of wished I knew this company was based outside the UNITED STATES. I really wouldn’t have bothered. Ordered March 25th- supposedly shipped out March 28. Now stuck in the same spot since the 10th of April. Just excuse after excuse of why it’s taking so long.... you know dragging the time out so the time passes for dispute. Well played—The company has until Monday to give me my money— I will escalate it. If PayPal doesn’t help me I will then escalate this through my bank. The ONE TIME I do Facebook Ad! It’s a freaking scam!! So annoyed!!

Worst customer service in the worl, do not buy from this site, i got my training bands but with 1 missing item and no help is to be found

I purchased on March 26 during these desperate times and I highly regret it. I have yet to receive my order. Please DO NOT purchase from here.

It was a scam. I ordered the resistance bands advertised on an Instagram ad and the still haven't got to me or replied to one of my emails do not trust any of their products guarantees 14-16 day international shipping and 2 months later nothing

Worst customer service I have experienced in my life!! Ordered their product over a month ago still haven't received it. Sent several emails about getting a refund and they only reply with a tracking number that isn't even valid. Still battling for a refund. Absolutely worst company I have ever worked with in my life, do not order from them!!

I wanted to share this as I too purchased from their Instagram advert for resistance bands, I am based in the UK.
Although I also found their customer service to be terrible, they replied after 3 emails finally, they did eventually get the products to me. It was 1 month late on delivery from when I expected them.
They didn't look like the pictures they originally listed the item with, they seemed like a cheaper mass produced product, but they were the complete set and do function ok. Batilo has since changed their pictures to reflect this it seems and are now accurate.
So for those still waiting, there's hope you will get them eventually.

Don't even think about visitng their website, one of the worst things i ever done in my life is dealing with this website.
I've orderd some workout materials over a month ago yet I didn't receive my shipment, they'll give you a fake track number for shipment tracking and shipment status never changes,
Save your time and money by avoiding this horrible website.

BTW all of their products are from Aliexpress.com

no customer service. have emailed 4 times in the last 5 weeks to multiple emails and no response. pretty sure i got scammed

Never got my product. More than 2 months since ordering resistance bands.

Stay away from them!!!!

What a scam! Pathetic people and pathetic company. It’s been almost 2 months since my order. They refuse to refund, claiming the item was shipped from their warehouse. I reported the company to authorities and they should be taken down! Scamming and stealing from people, that’s all they do!

I ordered through an Instagram ad and it has now been 27 business days (they say products will arrive between 15-20 business days) since they sent order confirmation. The tracking info says that the workout bands are sitting in customs, which I can understand since they came from China and I'm guessing the US is taking extra precautions.

Stay away from anything from Batilo, it feels like a scam and I doubt I ever get this. I've asked for my money back multiple times. and they have refused.

Scam. I also bought off an Instagram ad, first time ever doing that. I received an email 17 days after I purchased the resistance band set that it had shipped. That “shipment” email was 18 days ago. Suffice to say, no product has been received, the FedEx tracking number is invalid, and the “Track Package” link in the email routes me to.... drumroll... “Error Not Found.”

scam - don't fall for it. I bought on insta and then asked for a refund when I realised they weren't an Australian-based company. They refused saying my product was coming and to be patient. It's been a month.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I can't believe i got scammed. I kept seeing the product advertising on instagram couple days in a row. checked it out and bought isolation belt for workout through PayPal. Website is still there. wow. i got suckered finally after all these years. Shame on these scammers and all other scammers out there in the world who are too lazy, too fake, too cheaters to make an honest living! wherever you are in the world.
