Noone showed up. No response from company

So i booked a service 2 weeks in advance. Two days in advance the name of the cleaner disappeared in the platform and i was getting a message that they were looking a replacement. Nevertheless I had a reminder yesterday by the platform that the service would take place. I tried to call multiple times, no answer. i wrote an email to indicate this and ask to confirm if all ok with my service no reply. the date and time of the cleaning came and noone showed up and they didnt inform me as well. I lost a day of work over this. I then connected again to the platform and the service was deleted from my account entirely. it says in their FAQ to contact them by email for urgent situations, like if the cleaner doesn't show up. i did, again no response. I don't think this is a proper serious business. Stay away.

Batmaid did an excellent cleaning service for me, at short notice in advance of the ‘etat des lieux’ on leaving my Brussels apartment.
Unfortunately, the ‘etat des lieux’ system in Belgium is extremely unfair on the tenant (but that is a different matter).
