Unauthorized last minute changes
They changed my booking to a time when I am unavailable without giving me a call or asking for any confirmation.
The website has a 48-hour cancellation refund policy, yet they made unacceptable adjustments less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. This is very unprofessional and borderline fraudulent behaviour.
Edit: The team has reached out to me upon email request and sorted out the issue in a swift manner. Editied the review to reflect the fact. However, it is still much preferred that I am contacted before the change and not just having to deal with the situation without prior notice. Respect goes a long way
