I have had my batribike for 5 years and have nothing but praise for the quality of craftsmanship that goes into the manufacture of this bike. However, this goes down pan considering that my bike has been in the bike shop now for 4 weeks waiting on some replacement parts.that are crucial for it's performance. I believe that they are lying to hard working folk at the bicycle repair shop as to where these parts are and are costing me a small fortune in taxis to work early morning. I have in the past struggled to get responses from them over other issues as has the bike shop. Their bikes are well made and reliable but without the aftersales support that is for nothing. If you are knowledgeable about bicycle repairs, and ebike repairs in particular then by all means purchase one of their bikes, but if you just need a reliable way to get to work of a morning then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Do not buy! Bought batribike Delta Plus in the UK. All well until it broke down, then you are buggered! Their official distributor had the bike for 8 weeks and couldnt fix it and batribike not interested in helping. I now have a £1,600 lump of metal with no way of getting it fixed. Avoid like the plague, they are a sell and run like hell company!!!
