BEWARE!! BattDepot.ca is poor service!
BEWARE!!! This company claims 5star in trust pilot. Their product may be fine but the RMA/Support/ communications by this Vancouver company is Atrocious!
Do Not Buy!! I am an IT consultant in Toronto. I received the replacement battery for a Yoga S1 from BattDepot.ca.
Battery arrived after 3 weeks apr1-19 delivery for Vancouver - Toronto shipping! Super slow
Once installed, new Battery was DOA and did not charge he over 72 hours. I tried technical support - no response at all for two days!
No motherboard/AC adapter issues or trouble with the device at all.
3 separate Lenovo specialists all confirm this ‘new’ Battery is DOA.
I had opened a RMA request on April 19 and have never heard back since!!!
It is now June 29! Horrible experience!
Buyer beware
My customer is now quite upset and still working on a loaner Latop while I have NO replacement?
No confirmation of receipt of the returned item was ever supplied? I will be open a dispute with a PayPal for full refund.
They have done this with one of my repair shops here in Toronto as well who showed me 6 RMA DOA battery’s also sitting in ‘Limbo’ with no reply from BattDepot!
