I had ordered 3 batteries for my boat, but GLS only delivered 2 so that sent me into panic mode.
I phoned Batterie Megastore France and spoke to Mohammed, absolute diamond of a bloke, put my mind at rest withing a few clicks of his keyboard. GLS only delivered 2 which my wife signed for in my absence so apparently they'll deliver the third one tomorrow.
3 cheers for Batterie Megastore France, 3 cheers for Mohammed, and minus 3 for GLS because now they have to make another separate trip at their expense !! It beggars belief.

Awesome great guys great product speak French and English 5stars or more. My Hankook battery looked like very expensive product and not just any battery. Recommend to anyone

Batterie megastore is a local supplier for me and with good prices.

I was unable to identify the required battery using the web interface. A quick email resolved the issue and several options were presented.
Delivered as promised within 48 hours.

We ordered a replacement leisure battery for our campervan from the French arm of Battery Megastore while we were driving our campervan through France. Without a fixed address we thought delivering 'Poste Restante' to a La Poste would be the way to get a delivery, however this was incorrect. The courier used is GLS and La Poste will not accept any deliveries from anyone else. That would have been fine as I assume GLS policy would be to take the package back to their storage depot and contact us, however they did not contact us, they somehow got a name and signature for delivery and GLS then proceeded to lose our package, and no-one could tell us who it was or who received it or where it could possibly be.

We got in touch with Mohammed from the French customer service team, by calling the UK branch first who transferred us as we do not speak French, who couldn't have been more helpful. He accepted that GLS were at fault and aided us with a claim form, advised us to instead choose a convenient GLS relay point from where we could collect a package, and had a replacement battery at the relay point within a week (due to a weekend, public holidays and confirmation of what happened etc). Mohammed was of great help to us as the replacement battery was far more of interest to us than the refund, and his customer service more than made up for the extra time it took for us to receive the battery.

I would give 5 stars because of the service and the product, but due to the incompetence of the GLS courier I cannot. I can't fault battery megastore, but it may be wise to consider a business relationship with a more reliable courier, as your business partner reflects badly upon you.
