I can see from tracking that your order was delivered the day after this review was left and was it dispatched by us 45 minutes after your order was placed.
Royal Mail have experienced significant and numerous delays this week which were posted on their website and also in the national press. This occurred due to staffing issues in many locations across the country on the run up to Christmas.
I apologise on Royal Mail's behalf for their failure to perform as expected and I am pleased to see that your order has now arrived.

Wrong battery
The web site said the it was a replacement battery for a Seiko watch but it wasn't. bought the correct battery from another site.

These batteries are manufactured by Seiko but not specifically or solely for Seiko watches. The battery code must also be matched correctly in order to fit the specific watch. The product detail page does not state these are solely for Seiko watches.
Watch battery sizes vary across all brands and are denoted by the manufacturers code. For example 399 / SR927W or 377 SR626SW
Replacement batteries should be selected by matching this code to your existing battery and then choosing from the available brands as a preference. A Seiko manufactured battery will work fine in a Casio watch or vice versa as long as the battery is the correct code/size for the watch.

Still haven't received battery order…
Still haven't received battery order after 6 days, I know royal mail is equivalent to Hermes evri with pathetic service now. It's more the fact the seller hasn't bothered to respond to 3 emails asking if despatch has happened and where is the parcel as possibly seller has tracking, which I don't have.

I'm sorry to hear Royal Mail have not yet delivered your order. Unfortunately sometimes they are slower than we would all like them to be. I can confirm your order shipped 2 hours and 32 minutes after it was placed by your chosen delivery method at checkout.
Regarding your emails. The first was sent at 5:25pm on Friday which is after our closing time. The second was sent at 10:25am on Saturday on which we are closed. The third was sent at 1:05pm also on Saturday. A response was then sent to you by email on Sunday at 12:55pm. 35 minutes after our response was sent to you this review was left.
Tracking is shown on your account screen and has now also been sent to you by email. If you would like further confirmation such as proof of shipment or tracking progression with timestamps please contact us again by email.
