Took a very long time to get the battery, with very little communication and updates

I ordered 3 batteries, mighty max 12v12ah- kids toy battery, STA-J45C09 -stanley 450amp jump box battery, honda vt1300cxa- 2014 honda fury battery. All arrived within 3 days of order - extremely fast shipping. All were individually packaged cushion from side to side to avoid damage and movement but nothing on top or bottom. Nothing damaged all, batteries came arrive in great condition. I also tested all batteries and were above 12.75 volts. This is a great place to buy batteries and will definitely buy again, already referred friends. Thank you for quick delivery, good packaging and batteries are in great condition.

Perfect replacement for a battery in my Sena Handlebar Remote that had stopped taking a charge. Included the plug end so that I did not have to solder anything. Great supplier.

I don't know what's wrong with these guys. They advertise 1-2 day shipping to most of the country and then it becomes "5-7 business days" for shipping after placing the order. Very deceptive.

Ordered replacement batteries for our UPS.
After only 42 days(!) the UPS reports that the batteries already failed the self-test.
Only 6 weeks is a bit short IMHO.
Tried contacting BatteryClerk via their suggested email-procedure, no response?
We will need new batteries for our UPS, we do this about every 3 years or so but BatteryClerk won't be our supplier anymore.
First time, first mistake.

I ordered from BatteryClerk.com because all the other options were shipping from China and would take too long. BatteryClerk says their free shipping was about 4 days. I placed the order on the 5th of April and didn't get tracking details until the 16th and the battery is still not here 5 days later. I did email and ask about where my battery was and they told me they ordered from another supplier and then would send it to me once they get it. This is dishonest and I am not ok with it. Hopefully the battery works. In the future, BatteryClerk, just note on your site the actual shipping timeframe or just keep better stock on-hand.

Very pleased the way the battery was packed for shipping after installing battery and hitting the start switch ATV started right up.

Received order quickly and was EXACTLY what we needed!
