Ordered this battery for my old RAV4 VX which has a lot of electrics on it, including satnav, dvd players, air conditioning and such like, replaced my battery after 5 yes with the same make. It fits like a dream, it has more power than my last one, arrived very quickly at a great price, very pleased 😀

Battery Shmattery, you might say. But if you don't have one that holds its charge, you have a paperweight where you don't need it, and that includes the machine it is meant to start. This is urgent, and this company gets that. They also get that making things more expensive doesn't help... particularly if your customer is a farmer. I recommend them to any serious farmer. I ordered it in the afternoon, and the next day, my paperweight was working. Thank you.

Their configurator gave me the wrong advice having collected my registration, displayed the right car and they wanted £50 to return the batteries - is it a scam?

I bought an item via their eBay shop, but there was an issue with what was delivered. After a very short exchange (no pushing from me) the correct item was offered and sent.
A great sign of a company is how problems are resolved. I'll certainly use again when needed.

I heard a lot of issues, however I purchased my car battery online with no issues. Battery was delivered within a few days. Updates/clarity could be slightly better, but had no issues. Thought I would try and balance out the negative reviews (which I am sure are genuine) because you are more likely to review a bad experience than an OK/good/average one.

Very similar experience to another poor review...Sent email, received standard reply that I "would hear in 24 hours". Suggested a refund on the 24 hour postage.
Another standard 'we will reply in 24 hours" email arrived. Still no reply. Going to cancel my order and flag the transaction with my credit card company.

Requested another to be sent to me, suggested that blaming their business partner was not great and asked for a refund on the 24 hour postage.
Another standard 'we will reply in 24 hours" email arrived.

5 days later, still no reply (again) and then....a simple 'we have now refunded you' email.

Awful business. Poor Service. Poor After Sales, Poor Professionalism. Do not use.

Good value and very fast (next day) delivery.

Edit- 23rd June the inverter has been located, it was delivered but was moved to a different location by accident, changed from 1 star to 3 star as it has been a NIGHTMARE to communicate with this company, the little amount of information you receive is really poorly communicated and trying to get a response either email or phone in times of need is exhausting. Do better.

No sign of my £400 inverter, no notification of shipping, no tracking information, several attempts at using their contact me service on the website with no joy, one returned voicemail giving some sort of delivery update that was unfortunately very hard to glean any useful information about DPD tracking and HOURS of wasted time on hold to all departments before not actually getting to speak to someone anyway, really disappointed with the complete absence of any customer service will be opening a dispute with PayPal if I don't get at the very least some form of assistance from them in the next 24 hours

when you call the contact number they don’t answer and it eventually (after waiting for about 20mins) goes to leaving a voice mail.

took my money but did not deliver my £98.24 car battery!? been a week now, on perma hold then just cut off on the phone and no response to on line 'contact us' messages. what a con! now struggling to get my money back through my bank and have lost more money as i cannot move my car. thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a Varta Blue and received the lower standard Varta Black. No response from the company.

Superb fast delivery! Ordered Thursday pm and arrived Friday am w/o extra delivery cost. Reasonably priced Varta battery too.

Did not have a great experience with the battery group. Took weeks to reply to me after numerous emails regarding my battery. I said I was not happy with the service and wanted to escalate the matter and was informed a manager would get back to me which has not happened after I chased this several times. Still unresolved but have given up now.
