The installation was particularly professional and neat (unlike the previous battery install which was grossly underated for the car and physically much smaller).

Had to wait a few days for battery sent email to battery guys got an email back saying he would sort out yodel why not delivered on time Maidstone got it 5 hours later good response from battery guys and great value battery will use again. 14 /8/2025 thanks john

Rubbish company. Ordered a battery online. Received no confirmation of order but money taken from bank account immediately. Despite repeated on-line contact to them got no response. Advertised phone number is impossible to contact the company as its pernament music on hold. Used this company for years and they were good. Now turned into a take your money and run and don't care about the customer any more company. Order number was 26747 not that i expect them to do anything about a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I asked for a quote on a new battery and was answered within minutes. I had someone out within 1/2 hour. Friendly, professional and quick. Reasonable price too. Thank you for a speedy response and quick fix!

sent the wrong battery also 0330 number is for NEXT retail other is premium number0845. cannot get through any way.many messages and emails sent NO REPLY. phoned dynamic number and DAVE the top man sorted it within a day. just waiting for them to pick up the first incompatable battery they sent.0 stars to them,5 stars to DAVE

Sent the incorrect battery and have ignored numerous emails from me
Have tried calling but the call will not go through.
I'm now out of pocket and stuck with a battery that is of no use to me. Avoid!

Ordered through Amazon for mobility scooter can’t walk only Transpertation only lasted 90 days have 1 yr warranty ask battery guys to replace they refused said first send them back for testing takes 2 weeks had to buy new batteries can’t be without that long bad customer service bad batteries bad warranty would not do business with battery guy bad bad bad

I ordered a battery for my Toyota Aygo, but unfortunately due to Yodel's cock up, the battery never arrived?
I then spoke to John the Tyre Guy boss and he was most apologetic and explained it was not their fault, and arranged for his own driver to come the 50 mile journey to my home next morning with a replacement battery.
This would have cost him money as the battery was only £39 in the first place.
Well done fellas, plus the battery is brilliant and comes with a two year guarantee…

Aproximatly my car battery broke down i purchased a battery Paid the 24 hour delivery charch the first 12 days they wasted my time and everytime i called they made up something now its Been 20 day i still havent recived my battery and i requsted a refund and they stilll havent got back they are a frud DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FRUDS
