I received an email notification on 3 Sept that it has been shipped, only to get a notification 8 days after (11 Sept) that it's out of stock? Seems disingenuous to say something is on its way, when in reality it is not.

The battery lasted 2 uses and started smoking. Now doesn’t work at all

Ordered from here as the products were showing as in stock (other sites were showing as out of stock). Took 2 weeks to be dispatched, during which time I was asked repeatedly to review the product. Then finally once product was dispatched it seems to have been lost in transit with no current advice available on its whereabouts. A month so far with no product and no direction on a solution.

Postage was very fast, the batteries were well packaged.
Quite lightweight for 6A batteries so if you're in need of a true 6A get a
8 or 9A .

First of all parcel sat there for almost two weeks. Chased it up with order number to be told it was on its a way no reason for no action prior and confirming what the item was with order which was totally not what I had ordered. So they said sorry posting this item....not even my item...then another sorry it's coming...not good enough...asked for a refund and refused.

I ordered a battery through Bunnings Marketplace only to find that the supplier was Batterymate. They listed the product as "in stock". Six days later a payment invoice arrived by email with a tracking number. The tracking indicated that the item was with Australia Post. Six days later, no progress on the shipping. I called the 1300 number for Batterymate and was cut off twice. Finally got to a real person who informed me that item was not in stock but was expected in a few days. So it MIGHT actually be posted two weeks after the order. Absolutely no communication from Batterymate about the delay. This is appalling customer service.
