Easy to find what I wanted on their website, cheaper than I saw elsewhere too. Would've been next day delivery but the courier had an issue, it turned up within 48 hours though so still good!

Poor product and poor customer service
I ordered a replacement battery for my Dyson V8. While it works, the battery runs out very quickly - nowhere near a full battery charge. I emailed customer support and received a pretty blunt reply instructing me to phone the engineers during the week, and no apology. I have tried phoning the engineers 3 times but without any luck. The small amount extra it costs to buy an original battery from Dyson is certainly worth it, and I regret wasting time (and money) on a poorly functioning imitation from a company with poor customer service.

Hi ive just checked our phone records you called today twice at 3.05 and then straight back at 3.06 our engineers were busy on another call you were instructed by our call system to leave a message and your phone number and the engineers would call you back but you ignored this both times and just put the phone down so nobody had the chance to assist you ???
There are 4 possible causes for your dyson V8 to stop running prematurely and its extremely rare for one of our batteries to develop that fault especially in the short time you have had it I suggest calling the engineers again tomorrow and if there helping other people on the phone simply take advantage of the free call back service we offer .

Excellent replacement batteries, my v8 lasts far longer on the regular suction setting, so much so I rarely need to charge it. On the high speed setting i've yet to run down the battery in normal use as I've little need for it apart from carpet edges, my old original dyson batteries couldn't even last 10 seconds on the fastest setting. Very pleased
