Just never shop here if you want to mind your money. Everithing is fake about this company. They take your money and bye. You wont get anything no matter how much emails you write to them. Total waste of nerves, money and the most expensive: time!!!

Ordered because I thought that this company was in the EU - it is not.
Paid €41 for rechargeable batteries on the 18/05/2024 - contacted them by email and was told to wait another month!!
This company is not safe to deal with:
- website suggests Irish .ie
- tracking number states NL Post, another "lie" to draw you in. NL Post does NOT recognise the tracking number
- when contacted by email it became clear they have no idea where my shipment is - wait until the 23/06/2024!
This company, in a properly regulated environment would be regarded as fraud.
Do not touch with a barge pole

Really bad experience. I received a faulty battery and had to send several emails before anyone even responded to me and even more emails to get a return code for the product. I paid £14 To return the battery to Amsterdam and, two weeks later, received it back as “parcel rejected”.

They (the Dutch company behine the fake Danish website) replied and said they cannot understand why I don't have the battery yet. It shows as being shipped (from China?) but the local Polish delivery company doesn not know the package number. This suggests its on the sea somewhere and there email says I have to wait until June before I can complain!

I made my order on the website and thought everything was ok. I visited Trustpilot afterwards and saw the bad ratings, so thougt i made a mistake. I tried to cancel the order without succes, but accepted that i had to see wheter or not i received my ordered items.

My package got delivered within two weeks as promised and everyhing works just fine, so i'm allright.

Tried to steal my money by trying to get full api access to my bank account.

Ordered a new battery since, on their website, it says that the battery was compatible with my mouse. It took weeks to get it delivered, and once I got it and tested it didn't fit in the mouse. Their customer service replies only once per week. They asked for battery models and photos which I complied with and even sent them a screenshot of their website which stated that the battery was compatible. Now they want me to return it and that I pay for the shipping, and only IF the battery is ok I will get a refund for the battery, but no refund for the shipments. It is their fault, not mine of them announcing incorrect information on their website. Which I would have read all reviews here before ordering.

I placed an order more than 3 months ago and got immediately charged.

No battery had been delivered to me.

They told me to be patient and wait one more month, three times.

People, this website is a fraud!!!!!
Do not use it!

Batteries arrived but don’t fit the charger

Ordered a battery from these guys, didn't arrive sent several emails, they get saying on the way.
Luckily i had paid with Paypal, they have recovered my payment. Don't use this company.

Two weeks waiting and still I didnt receive item. I opened dispute on the PayPal but no answer. The seller ignored me. I will have to contact with PayPal. Very disappointed

Good for losing money
I was waiting for an order that should arrive in two weeks, it only arrived a month and a half later and the worst thing is that it came incomplete and one of the products is damaged.
And now the solution is for me to send and waste time and money sending a damaged product.
And wait for the solution from their technicians.
Never fool me again
Only those who want to lose money.

Do not shop here. Even if they advertise free shipping they say nothing about goods coming from abroad and hence incur customs charges (this is to Norway). My battery cost 30 EUR, and custom/VAT was almost same price. So a very expensive battery in the end. It also took over 2 weeks before it arrived. A scam.

Stay clear. Opperating under a .no website you would assume they are posting direct from norway. My package was sent from Amsterdam and i received large customs charges. They were not willing to compensate and basically said i should have read their small print in terms and conditions.

Beware unexpected charges after purchase

Payd for batteri 26 juni. Not a word or enicing else even after I wrote 3 times.

Massively long wait for the battery and now having to go through PayPal dispute to get money back. In the meantime nothing from the company even after emails

You pay a premium for a battery that I am still waiting for after 2 weeks. I enquired after 1 week how long it may take and was told that it depends on which depot it's coming from and the actual item ordered.
If it was made clear how long it could take for an item to arrive then for something that you need in a reasonable time, namely a phone battery to replace one now not holding charge, then you would go elsewhere, I certainly would of.

I was very concerned having placed an order with this conmpany given the very poor rating on this website. However I have been pleasantly surprised, the product arrived after a slightly delayed delivery but nothing dramatic, the email correspondence with the company has been fine albeit slightly sluggish. But overall its been fine.

I note that there are two review section for this organisation on this website, they need consolidating, as the other section seems to have a more balanced view of the business and is less off-putting than this one.

I have no complaint.

I've ordered a replacement battery for my Dyson back in October.
It took over a month for the battery to be delivered. On top of this, the company is pretending to be based in Poland (Polish URL, website, initial order confirmation), yet as soon as you try to contact them you find that correspondence is in English and the company is based in the Netherlands..
Shame on you BatteryUpgrade - this is no way to treat your customers!
