A++ Excellent and professional.

I was promised items that they couldn’t deliver and they neither informed me that this was a possibility at time of purchase NOR told me when they decided to refund me making my chance of purchasing elsewhere much more difficult especially as the money wasn’t immediately in my account it would take time to process. Then they said they would try to organize me getting what I purchased but then dropping all communications completely and I continuously har to chase them up. They managed to help with one of 3 purchases and what they did was well executed and faultless but the lack of ability to guarantee what they sell and negligent communication would make me think twice about using this service in the future.

The representatives were helpful and guided me quickly and with ease. However when it came to working out the details of my purchase I was told that the self play option was having issues for US servers. Im not sure why or how it'd have issues but at I am uncomfortable with other people having my account details the representative was nice and understanding and I was issued a full refund. If there are issues with a service you should make it non purchasable until it's resolved. I became skeptical and kind of thought it was a scam at that point but everything else seemed fine, and like I said they issued a full refund so it's probably just my brain going crazy.
