I bought a VPS server and a few days later they kidnapped my data, I lost everything, even the backup copies that I also had with them.

ALL LOST

The data center where batucloud UK was located suspended their service due to non-payment.

They literally say this in lowendtalk:
"I can confirm BatuCloud’s UK division was hosted with us, and was terminated due to non payment"

They are thieves, they collect money from VPS and do not pay the providers, result:

You lose everything and they fill their pockets.

I insist, RUN!!!!!

Scamming People with Cheap VPS
Beware of seemingly cheap VPS hosting deals that promise the moon but deliver disappointment. My recent experience with such a service revealed severe downtime, overcrowded servers, and unresponsive customer support. The provider lacked transparency about its infrastructure, compromised security measures, and surprised customers with hidden fees. In the pursuit of affordability, I learned the hard way that choosing a VPS provider should prioritize reliability, performance, and integrity to avoid falling prey to deceptive practices.

The server was good but suddenly it stopped working and I lost all the configuration in 2 vps, and instead of the refund they gave me 3 days of service which never worked, I wrote to technical support and they never answered, I have to tell them that I used it for 1 year or more and there were always problems, it is not a serious company

VPS in Germany offline for 4 days in a row. Bought on VeronCloud on november 14th (annual payment) to receive a Batucloud VPS, for it only serve less than a month. Will ask for my money. Don't buy in this company.

I gave Batu 1 star because it works really great !!!!..... WHEN it works..... My VPS is in outage since Sunday night the 3rd of december.... Thats 6 days now.... This is the second time they have a multiple day outage in less than 6 months. Both time they lost everything on my VPS and I had to rebuild everything from scratch. The reason we use VPS is to have close to 99.99% uptime... Or I would just set up one at my home and run my stuff from there.... Batu has proved twice that they just can't deliver. I feel like these guys have no clue of what they are doing. I transferred everything to a competitor. Just renewed for 3 months and wont issue refund. *** STAY AWAY ***

They deleted all my files on the server and said that it was due to a technical glitch and that they were not responsible for the files.I will sue them.

Lost my files and servers.. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.. if you want to lose all of your data and servers. They are not a stable hosting provider, over 16 hours downtime now. Same happened with the Turkey servers, and now all of the german servers are down. Pay that extra $5-10 a month and go elsewhere more reputable.

The server has been down for 6 hours.
no matter how many tickets i submit, i can't get a response.
they are all sleeping while people servers and work are offline.

i don't recommend them AT ALL!
