I got a surprise gift of two cute bracelets from my daughter. One fit ok, but was a little snug. I emailed, and Andrea was so helpful in making sure I was able to get a larger size. I’m so impressed with their response time, and their willingness to help!

Purchased an E-Gift Card, but had it sent to the wrong email address. Customer Care Associate, Andrea, assisted in getting it corrected and the gift card did reach the correct person.

My necklace was tarnished within a week and the customer service was amazing! Kara helped me find a solution to the problem and ordered me a new necklace.

Only good thing was I got my order fast but the gold literally tarnished within 5 days. I did not take a bath with the jewelry so I’m really perplexed about how fast it turned. I have purchased costume jewelry from the hair store that was better quality. Baublebar should be ashamed. For the price of some of this stuff it should last at least a yr. Straight garbage and a waste of money!!!

I love my initial knot bracelets! But after a faulty knot, I had to reach out to Customer Service. Chani quickly replied and got a replacement ordered for me. I’m super impressed with the care I received!

I’ve purchased from them multiple times, and I became a customer after receiving a gift I loved. I never needed customer service until my recent order where I accidentally sent everything to the wrong email address due to a typo. I reached out and Clara helped me, they were incredibly kind and helpful and cleared everything up right away!

Fantastic customer service by Chani and Morgan. My daughter's bracelet broke after wearing 2 times. I emailed with a picture and they responded in 24 hrs with a replacement sent to me.

BaubleBar is great not only do they have the cutest stuff but their customer service is amazing!!! Especially Jamie. She was right on top of things. I was gifted two. Bracelets, one with each of my grandchildren's name on them. One broke I immediately sent an email and within 20 minutes or less gotta reply from Jamie. After a little bit of information back, Jamie had the whole issue squared away. Everything was solved in less than an hour. Wow best Customer Service experience I've ever had with any company ever. Their stuff is so cute, and rest assured, if there is an issue, they will handle it right away. I can't wait to get more items from them and I will tell everyone about BaubleBar.
