I would happily order from this company again.
The dress I ordered arrived quickly and quality was great, although I’d typically prefer full or blended natural materials. Unfortunately, I needed to return as the style wasn’t right for me, and there was a small delay in the return being delivered (Evri), but my query was very promptly answered and with confirmation of a refund being processed straight away - unlike some other retailers who reply with promises of an ‘investigation’ etc. Thank you Suzanne for your help with the return. I also think the overall experience has been really positive - the emails / offers I’ve received since my order, the return options given were refreshingly creative in handling return costs, and the dress arrived carefully and sustainably packaged.

I love Baukjen! I have bought a number of things now some online and some from concession stores. Each piece has been beautifully made and is timeless. This time I purchased the navy pinstripe wool blend blazer. I had my eye on it for some time and then it sold out. However, during the 20% off deal I double checked to see if there may have been any returns and there was one in my size! Straight into basket. I’m a size 10 and it fits perfectly. I love it. Thank you Baukjen - I’ll be back soon 🙂

Hello you should have got 5 Stars because Suzanne was excellent. I have spoken to her before. She is warm and friendly and has great customer service and went out of her way to find a solution as she has done before.
Unfortunately, I marked you down to 4 stars because unfortunately the first member I contacted via the chat, although she was very polite, I requested an easy solution but she wasn't prepared to investigate . So rather than replace the missing belt from another garment, it was sorry, return the item or have 20% off. Suzanne was on the case and got clearance for this to happen and communicated all the way through.
