Don't Use This Shop

Ordered speakers on the 10th of October for £300, never arrived (been 2 months). Contacted the customer service so many times by phone and email. No refund, no information. In limbo. Shameful. Do not buy with this shop!

Still waiting to get my money back from an order I made just before their bankruptcy.. their service is back and running, but they still have my money and only propose to send me the thing I ordered 10 months ago even after explaining I don't need it anymore.

Absolute joke of a company in UK

Absolute joke of a company in UK. No phone number, returns form on their website simply doesn’t work, no reply to emails and no reply on socials. So cross as i have used them in the past with no issues. Stay clear and use someone else if you’re in the UK.

1st ordered a fazley outlaw series coyote plus’s 175euro so black b stock arrived the next day opened the box and inside was a guitar carry bax from bax with a Bublé rap round inside the bag was a fazley coyote outlaw standard with scatchesvdents.ccontacted bax by phone directly said I would keep the guitar but require a good refund as a standard new in there advert was 84 euro. They said they woul contact me on the Monday waited till 13 30 hrs and rang again spoke to a lady this time she said she would contact the manager and let me now within 2 hours.sent an email complaining about this nex morning recieved an email stating that they are sending a return document.phoned again spoke to a Hollandse chap same thing would defernatley contact the manager and would let me know the next day.today Tuesday the 9th September nothing tried to phone was waiting for 30 minuites no answer sent 4 e mails stating I had been a customer for 10 years this year bought 4 guitars and last week a 500 euro amp no reply so I packed the guitar in and sent back via b post today and informed them no reply.I will never buy anything from Bax again .be advised of this shop

*BAX going bankrupt* won't refund within promised timeframe

Quick summary: order on Feb 14th 2025, delivery on Feb 17th, return on Feb 21st, delivery confirmed on Feb 24th, BAX confirmed reception on March 3rd and promised a refund according to the returns PDF brochure, within 10 days. No refund, no update, contact with BAX, claiming a technical issue and to date (27/03) no refund. I finally suggested sending back the product, but that appears not to be an option. Moving on with ECC complaint and legal actions tomorrow. I'll update when things clear up.

Update: 31/03, no further replies, website says it's impossible to order at the moment, BAX is in the news for financial distress. I have a few open cases with ECC-BE and the Belgian Police. Trying to get either my money or the goods back (since I'm still the owner) before bankruptcy proper (matter of days probably). They knew this as coming but took their customers money anyway.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences…

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Bax Music, and this isn’t even my first time dealing with their nonsense. They hooked me back in with a false advertisement claiming an item would arrive in 4 days. After waiting 10 days and getting nowhere with their basically nonexistent customer service, I got an email saying it’d take 4 more weeks. Ridiculous! I tried for days to get help, but it’s like they don’t even care. On top of that, when I asked for my money back because I needed to buy the equipment from another store, they told me I’d have to wait at least 7 more days for a refund. The staff were rude and totally unhelpful. I’m done with them and will never buy from Bax again. Save yourself the headache—go to Thomann or Muziker instead. Just avoid Bax at all costs!

Customer service inexistent.

For the second time a negative experience with Bax belgium, first time they sent me a b stock guitar while I paid it as new , customer service didn't answer and I had to find in trustpilot a different contact through whatsapp...
This time it's 3 days that I wait to receive a guitar, I contacted them by mail and using their web form, they don't answer, the tracking link brings me to a wrong page, i copy paste the tracking number in bpost and Bpost writes me that the package has not yet been delivered to them... I contact them again and again and no answer... customer service is totally absent in this company.
