5 Stars: Excellent Service and Quality Products!

I recently purchased a guitar from Bax Music GmbH, and I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service. My order, No. M5*****520, experienced a slight delay in shipping, which initially concerned me as DHL tracking showed it stuck in Neuwied, Germany for four days. However, upon contacting Bax Music's customer support, I received a quick and courteous response from Alexander.

Alexander assured me that the delay was being addressed and promptly reimbursed my delivery costs as a gesture of goodwill. The guitar arrived in perfect condition just a day later, and I am thrilled with its quality.

The level of customer care I received was exceptional. Alexander's promptness and willingness to resolve the issue were highly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Bax Music GmbH for their outstanding products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again!

came without power supply.
Service hotline stated that it was b-stock so if there is no psu on the picture i shouldnt expect one to be delivered. in the end i didnt bother to argue and ordered a replacement from different company which is still not here.until now i havent had a chance to actually use the mpc

No real international support, long response time

No international shipping, they said to provide my data to take manual order, so I did. Since I dont use euros I had to withdraw money for exchange. It took them few days to check my response and the item was not available anymore, I just wasted my precious time.

Satisfied

Satisfied . The price of the product was good compare with other sites . The delivery time was supposed to be 7days but it arrived in 3 . The item was Well packaged.

Ordered a product on May 1st

Ordered a product on May 1st. Received an email on May 5th that the product wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait until the week of the 29th. On June 5th they sent me a tracking number for the item but today, 7 days after they sent me the tracking number, the post office website still shows that there is no shipment with the provided tracking number. I've contacted the company multiple times just to be told to wait (if they respond at all).

After multiple negative comments online, the company has agreed to refund the money. Problem is, I now have to wait 7 days to get the refund (according to Bax). I have read plenty of reviews that they delay the refund process the same way they delay everything else. All in all a terrible experience and abhorrent service.

I ordered a desk that I need to work…

I ordered a desk that I need to work from BAX on the 21st May 2023. As of yet I have not received any packages or even a enail letting me know where my item is. I spoken with someone on May 29th, who then went onto assure me that a new order will be made and that the desk will be with me in a few days. This was 9 days ago.

I would like someone to let me know why I am still waiting for an item that the web site said would be delivered in a few days, but now no one will answer the phone or response to emails. According to tracking the item hasn't even left the warehouse.

I even got a email asking to put a review on trustpilot before I had received the desk. This compony willingness to money, but unwillingness to deliver goods with a lack of communication, makes this compony untrustworthy.

I don't think this compony cares about their customers. Stay well away

it has been 10 days and still no delivery. I wrote 3 e-mails, no response. Worst experience I have ever had with online shopping.

Scam

Charged twice for 1 item, sent 2 emails with no response and unable to get through via phone. U.K. line gives French automated voice options, and German number says it’s incorrect. They have £180 of my money.. This is theft and completely unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!

Faulty speaker

Ordered a speaker from this company. Paid in full.. Was supposed to receive it on Tuesday.. It didn't arrive, so. I rang it had been rearranged for delivery to another courier.. Arrived yesterday but I wasn't home.. So it had arrived today about an hour ago... Came with an EU plug and adapter.. Converted it and it doesn't work... Plus it looks like its been repaired prior to delivery (excess glue on casing) I rang them to explain and the customer service was rude and unhelpful.. I'm sending it back for a refund... I wouldn't recommend this company at all.. I'd have paid the difference for another but lost faith in their service now. I've already spoken to someone from this company, who sent me an email yesterday.. I was promised a follow up call today. I am awaiting confirmation for a collection for return, from UPS.. I'm still waiting.
