I purchased a two-finger ring from their website that was listed as size 11. I received the item and took it a jeweler to have it sized up, they said the actual size is 10 and not 11. I took it to another 3 different jewelers who all checked the size and confirmed it was 10 and not 11. This meant that I had to size up the ring three sizes as opposed to two like I originally expected. Of course this meant an added cost. I made them aware of this but they insisted that the ring's listed size was accurate. I was not happy with my experience despite being happy with the quality of the ring.

I made this comment because it was true. They were friendly and shipping was timely. They then ask me to fill out this survey and I’d get some type of discount code since I used to use BAYAM regularly but after I did it and showed them the screenshots they same young lady then told me that’s above her and not something she knows anything of. The jewelry’s great, but using sketchy tactics to get people to leave 5 star reviews? Honestly kind of gross. Do better BAYAM.

I ordered a very expensive chain for my husband, in less than 3 months the hollow chain that I paid $671.00 I find out there is no refund after 30 days. Great, I'm out all this money with a broken, hollow chain! What the f--k. Don't ever count on any further business from me. Oh, I will tell everyone about this AMAZING experience.

Mother Day earrings for mom came early I can't complain.

I purchased a square byzantine link chain, 10k gold.... and it's beautiful! The craftsmanship is crisp and on point. My girlfriend complimented me on it the moment she saw me in it. Even the case it came in was nice! I'd totally store it in there, if I ever took it off, but this is a daily staple for me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone shopping around for a new piece.
