Managed to get a refund through Etsy after abysmal service from Betty. Sent the item without a tracking number I had to message multiple times to even get a reply from her, I asked for a replacement and she expected me to wait for the bottle she sent (over 2 weeks ago!!) to get sent back to her tor resend it - and pay postage again! When I asked if this bottle would be okay as it wouldn’t have been refrigerated she replied 'hopefully.' Heard great things about her through Ellie Grey and wanted to support a small business but shocking service. 'Hopefully' she doesn’t try and resell that old bottle...but wouldn’t be surprised if she did by her lack of decorum and business etiquette.

We have been using Baya Nataurals for years now and recently they were going to stop doing the raw honey version of their elderberry syrup.
