Stay away !!! I’m still waiting for my refund and another order today after 2 weeks of trying to receive 2 RETURN LABELS they replied you must pay for your own shipping . I bought so many pairs of jeans they should have kindly paid for my return label fees.
Unprofessional and their products are too big sizing is off not worth the frustration.

I ordered over a month ago and my clothes just came in today. I only received half of my order. The clothes look nothing like the pictures online. I do not recommend buying from this website.

I waited 2 months for my order after I had paid. The clothes finally arrived and were nothing like I had ordered. The picture for one dress was midi length linen dress and jacket - what did I get - mini-mini that doesn't even cover made from a thin poly blend - YUCK! They use photos of quality European clothing and make a very cheap and different version.I asked to return no response then I went on the social media and i found this helpful info 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇𝟢𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 seven6eight four zero one one I FINALLY SENT BACK THE WHOLE CHEAP LOOKING
DRESS BACK did receive a bomber, except it is NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS SHOWN. What the hell? Who does this?

My stuff hasn’t come in for 2 months now, I looked up if this store was a scam and it is, so DONT BUY FROM HERE.

Horrible quality and you can't return item. email and return forms do not work!

This was my first purchase since I heard about it from friends and their order was good. I ordered three sweatshirts adding up to over $100. When first ordered never got an email confirming my order. When logging in to track my order it would come as no purchases in this account. When it came to 10 days and it didn’t come I tried to contact but it didn’t work. It comes with another email to contact if needed that one didn’t work either. And now I can not get a refund so if you want to waste a lot of money order from this scam website. I just don’t get it because my friends order was perfect and arrived now it’s bad. DON’T ORDER ITS A TRAP

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible, I canceled my order before it was ever filled or received and they only canceled part of the order. I just got some of ther order and ther quality of 2 of the pieces are poor. When I attempt to do a return it won't take. It doesn't recognize their address. So frustrating that there is NO way to contact them. Never again

Not arrived. Shirts over 100$

I know a lot of people are calling it a scam site, but I’ve ordered 3 things on here and they’ve all gotten here and they all look nice and like the pictures.

I made a purchase. I received the item. The quality was poor and when I tried to contact customer service. I was searching for the number and I found this number 850-632-0980. I called and they tried fishing into my computer. They kept me on the phone for 45 minutes and asked me to download a program (Team viewer) so they can send me a return label and send me a refund. I did and followed all instructions, unfortunately, I did it from my work laptop. I work for the State and my computer is compromised. I had to report it to the bank and called my credit cards. They charged different amounts to my cards. I never received a label. Please do not call that number. I took care of it and it is under investigation.

After almost 4 months our shirt finally arrived (in Canada). The quality was unbelievably cheap, and the logo (picture) was very different from that on the website. I asked to ship it back, but their instructions say I must have a tracking number. Shipping to China (even by boat) costs twice as much as the shirt, and I am trying to ask them if I can ship it without a tracking number, but I haven't heard anything from them. I tried asking them various questions before, and no-one seems to be wanting to write back.

I almost think they need a tracking number to make it more expensive for the return so that nobody will want to send the items back. My last hope is that they will read this review and allow me to send it back without the tracking number.

I have ordered some hoodies and it has been over two months and they have still not arrived, it is terrible, do not buy from this website

You can tell this website is a scam. The fact that they're charging you 20+ for knock off items is absurd. If you want cheap clothes use shien though it's all fast fashion.

I do not recommend, not serious, not trust website, do not answer requests, do not deliver any tracking number.
I unfortunately ordered from them and only recieved half of items, the second package never reached me.

I would have given it 1 star. Do NOT purchase anything from this website. I got banned from the website on my phone from doing absolutely nothing. I purchased 3 shirts for over 150 dollars and got scammed. I sent about 50 emails and not one of them got answered. The shirts never came and I didn’t get my money back

I would love to not give a star at all... Purchasing through this website was the most awful experience I’ve ever had the communication was horrible. I canceled this order after My daughter purchased it.... Went through all of the steps canceled sent multiple emails three months later I get my stuff that I canceled. They said There was nothing they could do they took the money from PayPal I even contacted PayPal they wouldn’t give me my money back...$120 later at about 20 to 50 emails back-and-forth giving me the runaround they said They would credit me back $38 and for me to keep the stuff I told him I didn’t want to but they would not give me a label because if I sent it back on my own it would be about 70+ dollars. I finally said just give me the $38 and I will chalk it up for experience and now every email that I sent is undeliverable. My daughter puts on one of the shirts they stink like some sort of chemical that we’ve washed multiple times and we cannot get the smell out words are spelled wrong on the screen print absolutely horrible. In my opinion...Absolute scam!!!

I had an "incomplete" order and I paid twice. TWICE. I wasted about 114 US DOLLARS ON THIS DARN WEBSITE. I TRIED REFUNDING AND THEY WON'T LET ME REFUND FOR SOME APPARENT REASON. JUST DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Bayease is a complete scam! Do not trust this site. I went into a dispute with them through PayPal, which was the only way I got a response. I had tried to get in contact with them via email several times because I had been waiting for my order to change status from "not shipped" to "shipped" for over a month. No response. After hearing back from them through PayPal, they claim to have sent part of the order and will refund me the other half because their items are no longer available. I am not holding my breath on receiving anything.
I think they count on people never contacting them, hoping most will simply forget they even placed an order or are too busy to deal with them.

Placed an order, received it almost two months later, it says free returns on the website, can’t find the address where to return it, sent an email almost two weeks ago now for some clarity and never got a response and now am not able to email them at all, their email is “no longer found”, including the email address that’s on here that it’s saying this review will be sent to
