I had a really frustrating experience with this website. It’s slow, difficult to navigate, and constantly crashes. The layout is confusing, making it hard to find anything. On top of that, customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, this site feels outdated and poorly maintained. Definitely not recommended.

This company has sold me a ridstar bike that’s ment to have 2 batteries I was told to destroy them as they were faulty and they sent me out 2 replacements but one was not working they are ignoring me and leaving me in the dark don’t waste any of ur money these guys do not care all the want is your money

Had an issue with one of the 2 Engwe bikes I purchased through Bayilla bikes. Marco couldn’t do enough to help get situation resolved Engwe were difficult for Marco to deal with but full credit to Marco he got it sorted with them and bike got replaced. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future for family bikes.

Great support, I'm really chuffed about the Engwe L20. It's brilliant!
My wife hasn't gone on her Engwe T14 bike yet, but she will be soon.

Currently, I bought a Ridstar Q20 EBike, the service at first was not the best, as I did the order over the weekend, so I didn't get any communication till that following Monday, and they let me know that the EBike I was wanting to buy, wasn't in stock, so in the end they reassured me that, if I wanted to come back and buy the item, that I had to click on a button to wait for a reminder, of when it was next available.

A couple of days/weeks later, I had purchased the item I wanted, the communication was a 10, Marco had been so polite, the service of the EBike, when it arrived, was in safe hands and they had took good care of it. the finance part was great as well.

Actually been blown away by how good this company has been during the purchase and delivery of my new ebike. I was away at a festival during the bank holiday weekend and Marco left a voicemail and sent an email explaining they had raised the delivery note and they will try there best to get my bike shipped ASAP, it arrived on the Tuesday easily 3 days before I was actually expecting it! Obviously I can't comment on what the after sales are like but I'm hoping they are just as good if I do so need them.

New eBike received from Bayilla Bikes, and it has been a first class service from them. DHL let us down with delivery, but Marco was proactively on top of that, doing all he could, and was updating me regularly.

Recently bought the M9 escooter via finance, good finance deals, Most sites only give the option of 3 payment klarna etc but Bayillabikes gives many options.

Arrived very quickly posted via Fedex with tracking, great services.

Escooter easy setup, instructions clear with images and English writing. Used the escooter 2 days so far travelled around 5 mile, no issue.

Escooter comes with two maps, legal speed limit of 15mph and a button for 30mph and it does react it each even with me being 140kg and my scooter having the max capacity of 150kg, once tried once as they shouldnt be used for that.

I totally recommend Bayillabikes.
