I honestly trust my psychiatrist

I honestly trust my psychiatrist. I recently had a severe bladder infection but the ER room said it was psychosis and I needed psychiatric help. Well Dr Raby told the hospital that she would not put a court order on me because she felt it was septic or some type of bacteria illness. Well I woke up not knowing who I was or how I had even gotten to the hospital. I was in severe pain had delerium and for the first three or so days I did not speak. It took nearly two weeks for me to even remember the name of the hospital I was at. I have almost died before but this was the scariest event ever in my life. The only way I got through it was to pray to God and ask for him to be by my side. This hospital stay totally changed my life and my belief in God.
God Bless and Thank you to Dr Raby

Staff is awesome

Staff is awesome. Very easy to talk to. I was a bit nervous about opening up to a therapist or even an intake specialist, but everyone here made me very comfortable.

Good, Seamless Experience

I had my first appointment with them, and the experience was seamless, and the front-office staff were professional and friendly. My only criticism is that I had to wait longer than what I had hoped. I was seen approximately 45 minutes after appointment time despite it not being terribly busy there. Still, it wasn't an impediment. I have another appointment scheduled, and I also set up a separate appointment for a general practitioner.

Rather be somewhere else...?

The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff acts like they would rather be somewhere else, or maybe they do not like their jobs. They are not personable and interact as little as possible. The actual medical care, however, has been adequate for my needs.
