Ease of website
I ordered a piece of sunbed perspex to construct a lean-to for the tortoise. The price was good and I was able to order a relatively small piece. Despatch was really speedy and product came well-packaged. All in all a good experience, thank you.

An excellent company for bespoke plastic fabrication
Highly recommended! Bay Plastics provided an excellent service from start to finish for a project that required bespoke plastics laser-cut to spec. Josh was very helpful and easy to deal with, providing me with samples and sound advice prior to quoting; based on my design sketch and requirements.
The price was very competitive and I am delighted with the final product, which was completed on time as promised. Bay Plastics will be my go-to company for all future projects that require precise cutting of sheet plastics. Thanks again to Josh and the team!

Great customer service
I have used Bay Plastics a few times in the past and have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. This time I required some clear Perspex to reframe a picture. George took my order and advised me to bring the frame down to the factory to make sure the cutting would fit. Good job he did, the cutting was slightly oversize, George went the extra mile to have the cutting trimmed down to fit. He was helpful, friendly and typical of the staff there. Price wise Bay plastics are very competitive. Highly recommended.

UV grade sunbed plastic for Tortoise enclosure…
I purchased UV grade sunbed plastic for an outdoor tortoise enclose I was building. I had a couple of question before I ordered, I telephoned the company and spoke with a very helpful gentleman who was able to answer my questions so I knew what I needed to order.
I placed the order via the website and received my order 2 days later.
A really good product and a helpful company to deal with.
