Avoid this company!
Save yourself some time and money! I bought from this company having followed an advert on Facebook. I only wish I’d read other reviews.
The quality is far from advertised, very cheap with awful zips that stick, poor stitching etc I could go on!
Shipped from USA. They don’t provide returns labels (this itself is not a problem) and their deliberately difficult returns process is designed to run the clock down on the return period so they can claim you are outside the cooling off period. I requested to return some items well within the cooling off period. Customer Assistance did reply but,surprisingly didn’t even ask why I wanted to return the goods (they obviously don’t need to ask as they know their quality!). Their Customer Assistance representative did however reply with various offers: 1 . Return the goods at my cost (Beware if buying from UK, circa £20 shipping from UK) 2. Accept the goods (without returning) and have a 50% refund. 3. Have others sizes sent to me, free of charge, no refund. Regrettably, their email went into my junk mail so I missed it for a 3 or 4 days. By which time they said I was 5 days outside the returns period and could not return anything. Since then they have not replied to emails. Seems their customer service is of a similar quality to the clothes!
For the record, I did not ask for a discount, I simply wanted a refund. Even when offered a further 50% off I opted to return them at my cost to get a refund. Clearly, this was never a genuine option! The minimum I would expect is that they’d honour option 2 and provide the 50% refund they offered if I were to keep the goods.

If the clothes were of the quality they suggest in their advertising, why would they offer to half the price or send more items in different sizes, free of charge? I don’t recall other high end brands ever doing this.

I genuinely hope this review helps people avoid the problems I had.

Item was never delivered, but left outside in a commercial area. Package was likely stolen and not delivered according to instructions. Company would not return my funds and told me I am responsible for the payment for a product I never received. Don’t do business with this company. I would give zero stars, if I could!!!

I placed two orders with this company. While the first order was satisfactory, the second order contained the wrong item. I contacted them regarding the issue, and they initially responded but then ceased all communication. As a result, I am left with a pair of women’s jeans that I did not order. Given this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again due to their poor customer service.

Dropshipping scam - avoid at all costs products are comically low quality, nothing like what advertised, no branded tags or anything, obviously drop shipped. They don’t provide return labels and make returns very difficult. Don’t know why I fell for it but DON’T FALL FOR IT LIKE ME

Buyer Beware! Poor quality products that would be comically incorrectly sized if you were able to return them. Customer service is uncooperative and adhere to draconian policy designed with so many loopholes its aim is simply to take your money no matter what. Plus, very long shipping times.

Sent merch is very low quality and merchant will not send instructions for a return

Ordered the Milano Hollow Knit Shirt
size M. It fit like an XS couldn't even close the buttons. I asked to exchange for a Large but was told that my request was against their policy which "typically allows for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery". I was away for a few weeks hence my late contact. Surely they can be a couple of weeks flexible with their "typical policy" so that I become a returning customer? Other retail stores offer 21 or 28 days in their policy. Either way I'm stuck with an overpriced (shirt has a Temu-quality to it) and undersized shirt. Not happy.

These guys are not based in the US like what they say in their website. They're based in China. For sure, I'll be getting my oackage in 2-3 weeks

Very poor quality product. I thought I was buying Jeans. The material is not denim, but just a light cotton that’s made to look like jeans.

This is a scam the product you get is not what they are selling it is a cheap look a like and the quality sucks. When you ask for cash back they hide behind the return policy. I am really disappointed whit this company

Wish I could give zero stars, unrecognisable as fabric, feels like they’re made out of dish cloths. Label doesn’t match brand name, sizing completely wrong. Complete scam what a shame low lives are out there ripping people off. I hope this helps someone avoid losing their money.

I don't know what the negative reviews are about. I love my pants, I ended up ordering 2 more. Best response time. I'm happy with my purchase and excellent customer service.

I gave 1 star but I wish I could give 0 stars. The sizing was completely off and the quality is garbage. Don’t waste your time or money on this awful product. They won’t get back to you about how to return anything and I doubt even if I was able to return it they would take forever getting my refund back to me

Scam: Worst clothing I've ever bought. Label is for a different brand, is badly attached, and says XL for the medium. The stitching is all over the place, with rough ends and frayed material sticking out at the seams. I bought two t-shirts and they were both as bad as each other. Terrifyingly bad quality.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs. Clothing is nothing like advertised, the label is a different unknown SEO brand and the sizing on label not only doesn't match the advertised size, it is absolutely tiny. I ordered a Large... the label had some unknown brand on (not BAYRUE) and was XXL - regardless of this, it was still an equivalent of an Extra Small size. It was an absolute battle to get a refund, and even then they refused to refund the shipping costs I paid even though they admitted the item was not as advertised or fit for purpose. Avoid!
