Lack of transparency and support – very disappointing experience

I strongly advise against working with Bayside Real Estate.
Based on our experience, we made significant payments toward a condo purchase in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, that ultimately never materialized, and the funds were not recovered. We are currently involved in a long and very stressful legal process.
At no point did we receive the level of guidance, transparency, or protection one would expect from a real estate company of this scale. We felt misled during the process.
This has been a very serious and distressing situation for us. I strongly encourage others to proceed with extreme caution, do thorough research, and seek independent legal advice before making any payments.
