Bazaar Express 

Awful.
Item arrived damaged, with no way to assemble the the armrests to the main sofa, slight staining and missing parts.
Then turned around and accused me of making the damage..

Incredible communication throughout!
The order was delayed and not a 2 day delivery, HOWEVER this was due to the festive period being in place and back logs from the shipping company. They went out of their way to deliver the item and I will be defiantly using them again in future as they are incredibly reliable! Thank you so so much for a pleasant experience!

Excellent service! High-quality furniture. Much better than my expectations.

We were looking for new dining chairs everywhere, everything we saw was either very expensive or the quality was poor.
Bazaar Express’ vast catalogue of products impressed us and prices were reasonable, we shortlisted a few dining chairs designs which were from top Turkish manufacturers made in Turkey and not from other parts of the world known for cheaper low quality manufacturing.
Unfortunately the colour/materials available was not what we were after. I sent Bazaar Express an email asking if there was a customisation option and they got back in touch within a day and arranged a number of grey velvet samples to be sent to me. We picked the one we wanted and placed our order with Bazaar Express. We were advised 6-7weeks delivery time as they were going to be made from scratch with our choice of material. The world supply chain issues did not effect Bazaar Express’ delivery time as they arrived on time, well packaged and made to a very high standard.
Definitely my go to place for all furniture in the future!!

Lack of clarity in your dealings and taking an additional amount of 200 pounds for sofa installation and more than 3 months for delivery

Lovely product just as seen on website seems very good quality and sturdy. Delivery very quick!

If you need a very honest company I can think of none better than Bazaarexpress who I have found to be most helpful in every respect even when the currier misplaced the item I ordered.
This is without doubt a company I will deal with again.

The photo doesn't make sense with your post, it caused me order this sofa. you charge me 60£ extra for swap. It's not fair

I ordered the Bellona 3 seater sofa bed, mainly because it came folded, as a single pack. I was to move very soon and the packed sofa would be far easier to handle than a fully assembled on. Mind you, there's need of 2 people to lift and carry it,but other than that, everything worked out fine. The assembly is quick and, again, needs 2 people. Delivery time was quick (I think 2 or 3 days from order). I would also mention that the sofa is quite firm, which I find perfect, but some may find uncomfortable. The build feels sturdy. That said, as a living room sofa or guest bed this is awesome and looks amazing as well (also comes with 2 small pillows). Overall: BEST.PURCHASE.EVER.

Great value, Simple instructions and all the pieces were labelled which made it very easy to identify each piece and help with to build it easily. Would definitely recommend.
