Fast delivery and very easy to order from! I was able to buy the chill kill album sisters version, that was sold out almost everywhere!! Not only was what I bought packaged well, they also put some stickers and a cute note thanking me for buying from them :D Highly recommend!!

This store has everything you could ever want and or need to fill your Kpop obsession. The staff are amazing and so helpful and kind from answering questions to packing your orders with care. I now don't order from anywhere else, amazing little shop! The range they stock is by far the best I've found in the UK, especially for smaller / less popular groups. Always ship quickly and the packaging is super cute.

Since discovering Bbangya! I have not ordered from anyone else, and have no plans to. Their service from start to finish couldn't be better. The website is easy to use, customer service is excellent - quick, friendly and helpful. Every parcel has arrived in perfect conditions with all items beautifully wrapped (it feels like Christmas when a Bbangya! parcel arrives!), and the little extra goodies always add a smile to my face.

I honestly couldn't recommend Bbangya! strongly enough, I am 100% happy with every transaction I've made so far.

This year I’ve placed 6 orders with BBANGYA and have had a fantastic experience every time! Everything is thoughtfully and securely packaged. The items arrive in great condition and based on the handwritten notes and lovely freebies sent along with my orders, the team seem like a really great bunch.

Pre-orders arrive on time, prices are reasonable and they have lots of variety to choose from on their website. I’ve only had really positive experiences and would definitely recommend them <3
