We noticed you've also left a product review, so we'd like to reiterate that our brackets are manufactured from high-grade aluminium, which doesn't rust. The only components that may show slight surface discolouration over time are the zinc-coated bolts, which is completely normal for that material.
After receiving your review, we reached out immediately to understand what was happening and asked for a photo to assist you. You mentioned only that "the part is starting to rust" and preferred not to continue the conversation. We respect that, but it makes it hard for us to assist when we can't see the issue firsthand.
We take pride in manufacturing here in Australia using quality materials and workmanship, and we're always happy to help if you'd like to revisit this.

Long wait, but best Customer Service!
The soft bags I ordered were not in stock and I was told it would be some time. While I wasnt exactly thrilled that it would be several weeks, Sarah From CS was amazing! She would send regular updates, offer refunds and respond quickly when I reached out! Give her a raise!
