They make McDonalds look like top cuisine.
We have just moved in to Whittlesey. We have had amazing Indian food and Chinese food. We thought we would try BBQ Land as we were so impressed with the service and quality of Whittlesey food.
We looked at the 'unverfied' reviews and they were glowing. Basically top quality food. 5 star. So we ordered. 15 minutes after it was supposed to arrive we phoned them to find out where it was and was informed that the cheesecake that we ordered was not available.
It eventually arrived and I have never been served such appalling crap. The burger buns were 10 mm thick wet and limp. The curly fries were disgusting - luke warm, soggy and tasteless cardboard. We had two pieces of some kind of flatbread which was wet, soggy and looked disgusting - no idea what it tasted like. We were not venturing that far. £46 and it all went in to the bin - even our dogs wouldn't touch it.
So I have no idea how they got 5 reviews (unverified) all 5 star beats me. So we will never ever be ordering from them again for luke warm soggy disgusting so called 'food'. They make McDonalds look like top cuisine.

I have done two purchases from you. The first purchase was Kamado big joe which had two cracked on it fire wall chambers, I have sent an email with pictures and some phone calls. I am waiting to receive the spare parts.
More than two weeks ago, I have bought a cover for big kamado joe and 9kg charcoal bag but I have not received them yet nor information about when I will get them.
These are just kind reflections to support for better service.
