Order was placed on the 24th but didn’t receive this until the 4th may! $15 wasted and also was going to use this but had to buy a fire pit in place of this item.

Our VIP Priority Processing service is designed to prioritise the handling and dispatch of an order within our warehouse system, rather than provide express shipping or faster courier delivery. Orders with Priority Processing are placed ahead of standard orders in our queue and, when placed before 11am AEST (subject to stock availability), are dispatched the same business day.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was processed and shipped the same day, in line with the Priority Processing service. Unfortunately, the delay occurred during transit with the courier, which is outside of our direct control.
That said, we sincerely appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating this experience would have been, especially needing to purchase an alternative item in the meantime. Feedback like yours is genuinely valuable and helps us improve how we communicate our services to avoid confusion moving forward.
