With Priority Processing, your order will be managed by one of our Online team members ahead of all other orders in our system. If the order is placed prior to 11 am AEST, we guarantee that it will be shipped that day (if stock is available at our warehouse or stores). Rest assured with this nominal fee, your order joins our priority queue, prioritising your order over others placed without this handling fee. For example, if there is only one unit remaining of a product you purchase, Priority Processing will ensure this unit is allocated to your order above all others. If your item is out of stock, you will be assigned with a team member who will be your personal contact throughout the order process, until delivery. They will contact you within 4 hours (during standard business hours) to offer you a suitable substitute, a refund or an ETA. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled and a suitable substitute cannot be located, the Priority Processing charge will be refunded. At BBQ Spit Rotisseries, we pride ourselves on customer service. Priority processing is simply for those who require accelerated shipping and more one-on-one customer service. Had to pick it up from depot, as it was too heavy for delivery, there was no warning that this would happen, because of this I would not use this BBQ split roasters again if I ever needed a new BBQ.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback. It appears there may have been some confusion regarding our delivery options. We do, in fact, offer home deliveries.

During the checkout process, our website provides multiple freight options. For large orders (such
as pallet shipments), customers are given the choice between home delivery and delivery to a nearby depot. The depot delivery option is often $100-$200 cheaper, which makes it a popular choice. It’s possible that the second freight option was overlooked during checkout.

After receiving your review, we tested the website using your postcode, and both delivery options are indeed available. We would be happy to provide a screenshot of this test if you would like.

We strive to make our website as clear and user-friendly as possible to help customers avoid such misunderstandings. Additionally, we send confirmation emails/text messages after an order is placed, which includes information about the delivery option chosen. We encourage customers to review this confirmation to ensure the accuracy of their order details.
