Ben and team are great. Reece was friendly as always. Showed up on time, sorted out our leak, cleaned up, and was on his way. Great service as always.

Contacted them this morning, left message and was surprised how quick they responded and then said they could come and service and check our gas boiler, which I accepted. The service continued when Reece attended and completed his work in an efficient and profesional manner.

I would highly recommend Ben and his team. I used his service for last 10 years and recently got my new boiler installed. He gave me reasonable quote. On the installation day, he explained the steps and carried on with the work. After the work completed, he handed over full operational detail and left the place tidy.

Recently had a new combi boiler installed by B.Brill Plumbing and Heating and we are so pleased with our installation. From start to finish they were very professional and extremely tidy, apart from a little settling dust, we didn't have to do any tidying whatsoever and everything was taken away to be disposed of. A massive 'thankyou' to Reece and Derek.

Can't rate b. Brill plumbing highly enough.Very professional and polite and very honest.This is the second time we have used them, this time to fix the immersion heater which has saved us with Christmas coming up! Always goes above and beyond, would highly recommend.

I found B Brill Plumbing & Heating listed as a Nest Pro installer covering Milton Keynes on the Nest website, Ben was able to fit me in at relatively short notice which was much appreciated. He arrived with a colleague at the time he said he would, both were very professional, knowledgable and polite - they even took their shoes off without it being mentioned which is always the sign of a good tradesman in my eyes!

The job was to fit a replacement Heatlink for a Nest Thermostat, as with any technology sometimes things don't always go to plan but Ben persevered and got my heating up and running again. This was a replacement device so I already knew how to use all the features but even so Ben offered to talk me through the set up and use of the Nest.

I would highly recommend B Brill Plumbing & Heating and will definitely use them for any future plumbing jobs that are needed.
