It's always hard to know if you can trust smaller brand internet websites but I had a totally great experience selling my beanie baby cards to this BB Toy store and would recommend others selling to them. I sold enough beanie baby cards to get the prepaid shipping label. The website was easy to use and I received my payment in the listed time. They were communicative and timely via the email exchanges I had. I would sell to them again.

I just would like to know what went wrong with my order from bbtoystore.com left you guys more then one phone call on your answering machine and also email you guys more then once and nothing back to me it's like I'm being ghosted by you guys in away. My order said it got canceled and I can't understand why at this point I want one of the two to happen either refund my money or ship out what I ordered its not that hard to do I have done business with you in the past and no problems other then this one. I will never ever do business with bbtoystore.com any more and I suggest to stay the heck away from these people it's almost like they just don't care and that's not away to take care of things.

I tried to sell something here and spoke with Bob Bigwood over email. I offered a reasonable and low price for the collectible I was trying to sell and Bob wanted to go even lower. He then sent me a rude email when I told him no. I looked elsewhere and was able to sell my collectible to another place and they offered me nearly double of what Bob offered.

This place has higher prices than all others I've seen and they will lowball you for your stuff.

I get that they have to make a profit that's no excuse to rip people off. I’ve did a little digging and found out the owner’s wife is a Satanist, which is a little disturbing given that this a toy store. Listen to the other reviews and stay away.

Website issues, overcharging and under delivering. Clearly the way this store treats you, DOESN'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS. Headache of a company located in NJ, let their beanie baby obsession end, shut your doors.
