I purchased from BBYKUTE some time ago…

I purchased from BBYKUTE some time ago and, although my first order took about a month and a half with a lot of follow-up emails, the piece I finally received was absolutely stunning.. truly beautiful and well-made.
Based on that experience, I decided to place another order recently for three pieces worth $400. Unfortunately, it has now been a month and a half again, and I haven’t received anything. Despite the high quality of the jewellery itself, the delay, lack of communication, and uncertainty around my order make me question whether this is becoming a scam.
It’s disappointing to see a brand with such potential and craftsmanship fall to this level of poor service, when it could have truly competed with some of the biggest jewellery names.

Unacceptable Service – Delayed Delivery, No Refund, No Accountability

I placed an order with BBYKUTE on June 30 and paid for expedited shipping, expecting timely delivery for two important events I had planned. The order was not shipped until August 19, and I didn’t receive it until September 2 — over two months later.

Because of the extreme delay, I was forced to buy replacements elsewhere, costing me more time and money. I followed up multiple times during that window, requesting updates, a cancellation, or a refund — and was met with delayed, vague, and dismissive responses.

Even after finally receiving the item well past the point of needing it, the company refused to issue a refund, citing “company policy.” I was even willing to return the item if they provided a prepaid label — but they still refused.

The tone of their customer service responses felt robotic and completely lacked empathy or accountability. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat customers like this. BBYKUTE’s service was disappointing, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

If you need reliable shipping, timely communication, or any concern for your satisfaction — do not shop here.

Save yourself and don't place an order here!

If you have even a little self love or value for your money, never order from this place. They take over a month to ship, and when the product finally arrives, it’s just cheap, low-quality jewelry you could easily get on AliExpress or Shein for half the price. No wonder their so-called “team” doesn’t respond to customer service on time. It’s clearly based in China. I'm so sure.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I ordered over a month ago and have received nothing. Im getting almost the same botty answer from their customer service and its foul. I would not recommend this if you actually want what you paid for especially if you want it within a timely manner.

Disappointed

I placed an order for a custom necklace on June 2nd for my daughter’s Sweet 16 on June 27th. I know custom items can take time, which is why I ordered early, to give over 2 weeks for production and shipping. The product page clearly stated it would ship by June 5th, which gave more than enough time. It’s now June 26th, the day before the party, 21 days since I ordered and not only has the necklace still not arrived, it hasn’t even shipped. I emailed twice, and while the response was quick, it offered no real solution or help. I would absolutely understand delays if it had shipped but was running late, but there’s been no shipping confirmation at all. This was meant to be a meaningful, once in a lifetime gift, and now there’s no chance it will arrive in time. I am very disappointed, and so will my daughter tomorrow when the necklace she has been wanting and was supposed to stand out tomorrow won’t be there. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering from here if you’re relying on their stated timelines for anything time-sensitive.

Edit #2: Tracking number but still no trace of the package moving on the tracking website only on theirs? 7/03

Definitely can’t recommend

Took me 7 weeks to receive my ”designer jewellery” in a black box and ziploc bags :D They will NOT return your money no matter what, so make sure to understand that before ordering.

However, the first parcel was returned to us due to strict Finland customs regulations, which delayed the process by four weeks while awaiting your contact for customs tax import. We paid the return costs and sent a free replacement, covering the importation tax ourselves to prevent any stress on your end. This is why you had two separate tracking numbers.

2. Shipping Method: Being located in Finland, choosing FedEx would have ensured delivery within 3-5 days. The standard national post option you selected naturally took longer due to the distance from our USA warehouse. Our FedEx option for Finland typically delivers in 2-3 days.

They make a mistake, they sue.

If they make a mistake, they will find anyway to avoid fixing it. Once they ship a product, expect them to sue if they send you the wrong item and try to get an exchange. They are now attempting to do it to my wife when they shipped her a bracelet advertised to fit an adult bracelet but could maybe fit an infant.

However, the situation escalated when we discovered a chargeback under Mallory Marney's name for a significant purchase in November. This, coupled with threats and demands for additional free products, left us with no choice but to take legal measures to protect our business from your fraudulent activity.

We stand by our commitment to fair and honest transactions. If you have specific concerns or would like to discuss the matter further, please contact our customer service team.

CONTEXT:
• January 2023: Ben placed an order for a $140 bracelet in the wrong size.
• Post-return window: Ben requested a return and free replacement, but we were unable to process it due to being outside our return policy.
• Ben initiated daily threats on various platforms, prompting us to take action.
• In response to the mistake, we sent a free product (order BBY11508) as compensation of equal value.
• Ben was subsequently banned from using BBYKUTE due to continued threats.
• In November 2023, Benjamin Marney made a $439 purchase, our most expensive item, using Mallory Marney's identity.
• Upon receiving the order, Ben opened a chargeback with the bank, claiming the full amount and including the $439 worth of free products.
• Ongoing threats from Ben demanding another free bracelet for the January order have forced us to take legal measures to protect against fraudulent behavior, including the use of a false identity and dishonesty with their bank.

I ordered a lot of jewelries from this…

I ordered a lot of jewelries from this place in the beginning of July. 3 separate orders. On their website, it says they can take up to 2 weeks for custom made jewelries. I ordered a few custom made jewelries and a few of non customized jewelries. I did not receive ANYTHING. Not even a single jewelry but I waited without a fuss as they’re custom made. I decided to contact them via Facebook messenger on 7/31 and they said that they sent me 2 emails to inform me that they can only put 2 letters on each earring so I had to pick another initials. I understand why they couldn’t make my earrings BUT where are the rest of my other jewelries that did not need to be customized?. This question was not answered and I’m still waiting. I just received emails from them yesterday saying that my orders have been shipped. This place is a joke. If I did not contact them, I would’ve NEVER gotten my jewelries that I spent over $1200 for. They probably don’t care that they lost my business 🤷‍♀️.

I received my first of 3 orders today! This parcel contained a butterfly ring and an initial ring. Also, multiple messages from the CEO demanding me to remove this review and he offered a free heart necklace ($99 worth as per the CEO Oss) in exchange of that and which I declined. I read the company’s response to my review and it says that I sexually harassed the CEO lol INTERESTING STATEMENT lol Also, I bought only 1 custom made necklace. The other necklace was just an inquiry to find out if it’s even possible to make the necklace using Korean letters.

Update: received another order on 8/9/23 which contained butterfly necklace and bracelet. Packaging looks very cheap. Like Aliexpress cheap 🤣🤣. The actual jewelries were in clear ziploc bags and came in a black box. I saw other customers’ reviews and they said their jewelries came in a cute little pink bag. That was one of the reasons why I ordered from this company but I guess I’m not good enough for them 🤷‍♀️.

All my orders have been delivered finally but they sent a wrong necklace. The one I ordered has a heart in the middle on a name plate and it was supposed to come with a 16 inch diamond chain but they sent a regular plate without the heart and a 18 inch regular rusty looking chain. I did contact them as soon as I found out and I received an email from them saying they’ve sent out the right necklace. Will update once I receive the correct necklace!
