Great device
Great device, the only thing that bothers me is the buttons which make a noise while the device is being moved or shaken and the unpleasant type c socket. The plugging in the cable into the device is not a pleasant feeling. Apart from that it's very good!

No clear way to link cash to exchange, then to cold storage wallet, and vise-versa. How cash is used to purchase stable coin (USDT) with the wallet, then USDT used to purchase Bitcoin with the wallet.

thank you for your feedback! Crypto wallets are not the point where you convert fiat to crypto and vice versa. This is done on the exchanges due to the KYC requirements (and other reasons)! BC Vault does not gather any personal information from the users!
Also the flow is not required to be fiat->USDC->BTC, you can but BTC directly with fiat on practically any exchange.
Once you have crypto you can use swap services that are also available in the BC Vault to exchange between them (for example: USDT->BTC).
TL;DR: Fiat on-ramping is in domain of exchanges not crypto wallets!
We hope that explains you the flow of how to work with crypto.
My experience buying a BCvault
I’m very happy with the experience I received from BCvault. Placing an order was very easy and quick and in less that hour I was able to track the shipping.
I had an initial issue with the product but turned out to be my fault not BCvault, they where very quick and effective with communicating with me on this.
Just one thing I would suggest, I felt a little disappointed with the quality of the basic plastic model. Doesn’t feel very strong, so be careful not to drop it.
I suggest to anyone considering to buy a BCvault, is to upgrade to the metal version rather than plastic.
It was very easy to set up and happy otherwise with my decision to purchase a BCvault.

Plastic model is indeed - plastic, so in no way as sturdy as the aluminum one. But we try to offer something for every pocket. All BC Vault models out there are functionally the same, the difference in the price is solely due to more expensive housing costs - aluminum vs. plastic!

The most solid and secure option. I had some issues getting the Linux distro I run to work, but their support team got it taken care of in short order. I like the extras it comes with like the web cam shield (replaces my electrical tape nicely). I like the software has a pro mode to control fees. I use another brand for my day trading (treated similar to a hot wallet, but not actually hot) and I sleep well knowing the vault keeps my larger profits secured.

Buy with caution
While it is easy to deposit crypto into wallet, getting your money out has been virtually impossible. In order to complete the transaction, you have to enter your password and device PIN. These are the same that you use to initially sign in. What is the possibility that entering incorrect information 6 TIMES IN A ROW?? Signing in is easy. It works first time every time. BUT... trying to withdraw has been a frustration of immense proportions. For personal reasons, I really need the funds but it's not happening.

you got it wrong there! You mixed up device password and pin which is used for logging into the BC Vault device with wallet password and pin.
Wallet password+pin can be used to additionally secure each separate wallet! You had to set those when you created the particular wallet! After wallet creation you even had to verify access to the wallet!
It might be that you did leave them empty (as you can do that)! Please use "Verify Wallet" option to try out which wallet password and pin did you set for particular wallet.

Terrible . DHL did not deliver it so I never got my item . They claim they did but they put a slash through the signature area and never delivered it. I work from home so I know they did not show up. I know that is not on you but if I can’t trust the company you use to ship to me then I can’t really trust I will get what I ordered form you
I am sorry for the bad review since I know it’s out of your control . Main reason for being upset is because of the false
signature claiming delivery and DHL pretty much telling me in my service request “we delivered it, contact the vendor” and wiping their hands clean after forging a signature and claiming deliver.
