BC Game is a Scam – They Took My Money Again

I deposited 500 INR into BC Game (Order ID: F-1860059706326044213, Txid: 20260...73600) on 19 March 2026 at 9:02 AM. The payment was successfully sent from my side — I even provided screen recording and payment receipt as proof.

But guess what? My account still shows 0 INR credited.

This is not the first time. Earlier also, they took around ₹15,000 using excuses. And now again the same pattern — take money, delay, ignore, and then hide behind policies like “28 days rule”.

Let me be clear:
You and your game are fraud.
Your whole system looks like a scam.
Your support team is completely useless — no proper response, no resolution, just time pass.

People should stay away from this platform if they don’t want to lose their hard-earned money.

I have full proof of payment, and still no credit — that tells everything about your honesty.

BC.Game is SCAMMING and Violating its own "7-Day Manual Credit" Policy!I am extremely disappointed with BC.Game. I made a UPI deposit of 8500 INR via Canara Bank on 21st March 2026 (UTR: 399351649348). It has been exactly 7 DAYS (168 HOURS) and the money is still not in my game wallet.
​Their 'Trust & Compensation' policy clearly states: 'No Arrival in 7 Days? Full Manual Credit!' but they are refusing to honor their own promise. The support team (Shirley/Zane) keeps giving the same automated replies.

I will not wait for 14 days for a clear policy violation!"

I know exactly what you are doing. You are stalling for 30 days so the merchant can eventually reject the verification. Today is 20 DAYS (since 21st March).
​I am not a fool. My UTR (399351649348) is a valid bank record and it doesn't take 20 days to verify a UPI payment. If my 8500 INR is not credited within 24 hours, I am moving from 'complaints' to 'Legal Prosecution'. I will mark this Ticket (9899568) as intentional fraud in my report to the Cyber Cell and NPCI.

BC.Game does not respond and avoids resolving the issue

I followed all instructions provided by BC.Game support, including contacting their Account Recovery Team via martin[at]bcgame.com with my UID (35865086) and full case details.

However, I have not received any response.

Previously, I was told to contact this email for further review, but after doing so, there has been no follow-up or assistance. At the same time, my account remains permanently locked.

I have fully cooperated with their investigation and clearly stated that I am willing to forgo any profits or winnings. My request is simply the return of my deposited funds, which were transferred from my personal wallet.

Instead of providing a resolution, BC.Game continues to redirect without giving a clear answer regarding my deposits.

This lack of response and accountability is very concerning.

I have already requested to permanently lock my SVIP 21 account and another SVIP 9 account.
At the moment, I am only using an SVIP 2 account.

After years of playing, I have clearly felt the decrease in rewards and benefits for loyal players. The current promotions and VIP system no longer provide the same value as before.

Useless support, don't give a shit about users.

Uncredited deposit is the biggest and most common issue the users are facing on this casino. They never change after years.
I myself have faced the same issue before, called them out on Twitter, they blocked me! Now I'm facing the same exact deposit problem again. The process is taking more than a week and still not resolved. Their online support is just an automated shit and totally useless. They fail to resolve the issue even after providing the deposit proofs. They still shamelessly reply to their reviews here is beyond belief.
