Pre-purchase survey - excellent service
We were looking for a pre-purchase survey on some tiles suspected of asbestos. The people that I spoke to on the phone understood my mangled explanation of the situation and organised for it to be tested very quickly.
The results came back positive, and since then I’ve had a couple or conversations about future steps and a quote for removal. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so helpful - I’ll be back in touch for removal once the purchase is complete because their service so far has been excellent in terms of communication and turnaround.
Definitely one of the best companies I’ve dealt with during this house purchase, and I’ve dealt with a lot!
