I've lived in my home for 22 years, making significant upgrades like a new bathroom, boiler, rewiring, and a kitchen renovation just over a year ago. The staff are always friendly, and generally, repairs are handled swiftly. My only gripe is the lack of quality checks after tradespeople complete their work, which seems necessary given the investment. Although it's not Civic's fault, I've had to have some work redone. Overall, it's an excellent housing association.

They have been very helpful over the years quick to respond to household issues and social issues. They are a very good association.

Very professional and good communication skills attends repairs and listen to the tenant and listens to complains and problem solving in time.

I was been a tenant of Birmingham civic housing association for 15 years and I have nothing but praise. They always attend to repairs quickly and efficiently. Their emergency response was always on point and they kept their property to a high standard. And their staff were always friendly and polite and willing to help.

Been in my house 22 years and have had several major improvements over the years - new bathroom, new boiler, rewired, and just over a year ago a new kitchen. Staff always pleasant and in the main repairs are dealt with quickly. My only disappointment is no one checks on the work after the certain trades people have been and done work, if the quality is good enough for what they are paying. No fault of Civic but I have had to call tradesmen back to put right some of the work. Great housing association on the whole.

Birmingham Civic is a very good company and always listens to when a repair is needed. Jobs are done swiftly and always available to support tenants.

I have been with civic housing for 3 years now. They are amazing association. Always on the end of the phone to answer any queries I have. Any issues or problems have been reported and resolved quickly and efficiently. We have had a new bathroom fitted, new heating system and windows fitted. Along with replacement of fence panels and other minor repairs. They are such a supportive association who take good care of there residents and make you feel safe and secure. They have houses dotted around throughout Birmingham and we're were lucky enough to be offered a great lifeline when we needed it for our family to move to a house within their association.

We have been with Civic Housing for more than 39 years. My house has been renovated with new kitchen and bathroom, also thermal boarded to insulate it in the last few years. Repairs are carried out quickly. The rents are reasonable, and the staff are more than helpful. We get regular updates on the staff and housing stock. I'd recommend them to anyone.
