BCM Markets removed $5,335.26

BCM Markets removed $5,335.26 in profits from my trading account on October 23, 2025, citing "bonus abuse." I dispute this removal, claiming my trading was legitimate and compliant with their Terms and Conditions. The broker has acknowledged my complaint but has provided no substantive response, no complaint reference number, no specific timeline, and no resolution despite and then complete silence on multiple follow-ups over 7 weeks.
It has been 105 days now since I first made a complaint to BCM Markets. I am still waiting to hear from BCM Markets about the issue I reported to BCM Markets.
82 days since BCM's last communication (Nov 19, 2025)
BCM Markets does what it wants without any consequences. It is like they are, above the law or something. BCM Markets just keeps on doing its thing no matter what. Nobody seems to be able to stop BCM Markets from doing whatever it feels like.
Eighty two days of silence is a long time. It really shows that they do not care about their clients. I mean eighty two days of silence is contempt for the people who are giving them business. The clients are the ones who are keeping them in business so you would think they would want to talk to them.. No eighty two days of silence shows contempt, for clients and that is just not right.
The amount of money that was stolen is five thousand three hundred thirty five dollars and twenty six cents.
Days without resolution: 105
The chance of getting is really small but I will always keep telling people about the dangers of this thing the probability of recovery is low and that is why I will never stop warning others about the probability of recovery.
This is not just about my money anymore. It's about preventing YOU from being the next victim.

Dear Reviewer,

We take transparency and client protection very seriously and would like to clarify the facts regarding this case.

First and foremost, your initial deposited capital was fully returned. At no time were your personal funds withheld by BCM Markets.

Following a standard compliance and risk management review, our Compliance Department identified trading activity that constituted bonus abuse, in direct violation of the Terms and Conditions accepted during account registration. The bonus program is intended to support genuine retail trading activity and not strategies designed to exploit trading conditions.

Our Compliance team communicated the findings and provided detailed explanations on two separate occasions (October 23, 2025, and November 19, 2025). The decision was based on trading patterns consistent with prohibited activity under our bonus policy, including high-risk exposure around major market events using bonus funds.

For clarity:

• Client deposits remain fully protected and were returned.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific usage rules.
• Profits generated through violations of bonus terms may be removed in accordance with the contractual agreement accepted by the client.
• These policies exist to protect all clients and ensure a fair trading environment.

We strongly reject any allegation of misconduct by BCM Markets. The matter has been reviewed under our standard procedures and the case has been formally closed.

We encourage reviewers to present complete and accurate information when publishing public statements.

Should you require further clarification, our support team remains available through our official communication channels.
