I always used BC Remit whenever I sent money back home (Philippines)
I never had any major problems or if I do, for instance my Bank do not approve the amounts I would like to send. I just message them and I always get a prompt answer.
The staffs are very polite and helpful. I can highly recommend this company. It is reliable and their exchange rate is very competitive. Mura pa ang charge nila sa Bank transfer kumpara sa iba (na try ku before)
