I didn’t want to write a negative review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others don’t make the same mistake.

I live in the Surrey area and, based on a few positive reviews (which I now question), I decided to book this company for a house cleaning service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The cleaning was extremely poor. The young lady who came to clean did not seem to have made any effort—my house looked untouched, as though she hadn’t used a cloth or duster at all. To make matters worse, I was left with muddy footprints all over my kitchen floor.

I won’t be using this company again and would not recommend their services.

Batog Cleaning Service has been my first choice of cleaning contractor for a series of Amazon Studios television productions based at FirstStage Studios in Leith, Edinburgh. FirstStage is the largest building in the city.

The team have provided scalable services across the different phases of our productions. Even with hundreds of crew and supporting artists on set, BCS have maintained the highest quality of cleaning, recycling management and general hygiene.

During COVID they were exemplary at maintaining sanitised touch points and work areas. They kept our production cameras rolling by keeping our workplace clean and germ free.

I have no hesitation in recommending Batog Cleaning Services and will continue to use them.
