Ordered on july 28th. Got order confirmation. Paid them. Since then nothing has moved. Left many messages on phone and email. No return.

Finally, BCVapor shipped the product. Waiting for delivery. Will update

**UPDATE** My money has been refunded as of August 14, 2025. There was no explanation given, but 10$ extra included in the deposit for inconvenience. While I appreciate the action being taken, I wouldn't be comfortable ordering from this company until they get their customer service issues fully sorted.

Sent an email order July 18 Same as Eric S. They took my money, confirmed my order, it's been 11 days and no contact, no UPS tracking number, no confirmation of shipping. Multiple phone calls and messages. No replies to email.

I have demanded money back but likely won't see it. Is this even a legit storefront or just a scam? This is beyond unprofessional, even for a weed shop. It's criminal.

Bank contacted, reported as fraud. Money is lost.

DO NOT Order from this company until they address this rock bottom customer service.

Meantime, if someone is using this storefront as a personal piggybank, police will be called. You have at least three pissed off customers who will be complaining - get your act together or shutter the storefront

Ordered my purchase Aug 3 2022. Paid Fully including shipping . Product was never received by Canada Post.Sent Tracking Number that has no parcel . Customer service does not respond .
Looks like a possible Scam ...be very careful .

Not impressed with my recent order. One of the items was actually out of stock which is fine it happens but they said they refunded the order but I never received it so I had to contact them to receive it. One of the items I received was also the wrong size. I ordered the biggest and they sent the smallest so when I contacted them they refunded me the price difference between the two so I still had to pay for the smallest size which I have no use for.

Fast shipping. Legit products. Would have taken away a star for the fact that my bill was 2 cents shy of free shipping but I ordered a nerds rope....and it was amazing lol. Great place to get your devices and some munchies all in one shot. Thanks for awesome service

Ordered something that said will take 4 days and paid for that shipping and still have not received been over a week so the shipping is my problem and it’s too bad

I ordered a number of different juices. 1 of them came in freebase instead of salt. A quick email to customer support was all it took to have them send out the correct juice. Shipping was quick on both orders.

I’m only giving 3 stars because I still haven’t received the item which I had to pay for the express shipping
