Work was carried out on a blocked drain. Carried out in a very professional manner. Very friendly and communicative and professional. The area was also left in good order. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

These guys were very helpful and friendly and cleaned up from our flooding, they even found our buried man hole covers which were causing the problem I was shocked at the price but even more shocked when I phoned other companies to find out what they were charging. So it was a good price thanks for all your help guys!

We had trouble with our downstairs toilet. BDS Drainage was excellent and sent a very professional engineer that same morning, he was friendly, very helpful and reasonably priced. 100% I would recommend this company to anyone.

Scammers! DO NOT USE!!!

They totally lied about how long they took to do the job! I am a landlord and not present at the property - they thought they could tell me it took longer and swindle me out of £360!

My tenants said they stayed less than 30 mins. Their invoice stated what time they started the job (1.30pm) but it says they stayed for 66 mins which is a lie! I have a logged call from Ray at 1.47pm who called when the job was complete - proving the job took less than 20 mins!

They even made out they put right some work the last plumber had done and fixed a leak - they hadn’t! They assured me everything including the leak was fixed. It was still leaking after he left. Asked them to come back and fix their ‘guaranteed work’. Turns out it was just a matter of putting the seal back in place. Took them less than 5 mins. They charged me another £120!!!

All in all £480 for a job that took less than 25 mins in total!

They now have stopped replying. I’m taking them to court. Read a few reviews from people who think they have no come back because they have a false address which is not registered with Companies House. Don’t be deterred. Submit the claim and then apply for the court to freeze the bank account after you request for judgement and enforcement. You only need the last known address. INFORM TRADING STANDARDS. Do not let tradesmen rip you off!!!

Called BDS this morning as a friend recommended me, within an hour of calling two gentlemen arrived in a professional manor and done a fantastic job leaving my blocked sink as good as new, they even recommended what to do to prevent my sink blocking up again. There prices are fair and are in the same bracket if not cheaper than other top companies.

These people owe me £700. Told me that ALL three of my sump pumps were broken, asked for £2700 in total. I paid a £700 deposit, they failed to answer questions and were unprofessional. Called another company who told me all pumps were good, one faulty. BDS agreed to refund £700. Now ignoring calls and emails. Think address may also be wrong too. I took out a small claim through the courts, revealing companies house do not have them registered as a company at Sheldon Street. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

called today before 12:00, been told about 20mins, finally came my home about 16:00, then start trying to find out the problem is, broken the wall found the problem, he said he needs charge 750 pounds to fix it, and after that I need find a builder to fix the wall, if they just come and fix and leave another problem, then I asked thats it, and paid 150 pounds, and only spent 500 pounds find another one do the whole job, I don't think they professional.

Poor service. They were vague when I phoned about cost. To be clear, it is £45/half hour for equipment, and £75/half hour for labour. So, £120 for every half hour My complaint was that the guy finished within 1 hour but then fiddled with aper for 10 mins which took him 3 mins over the hour for which he charged me an additional £120. I reluctantly paid and then complained to their office. They promised to phone back, but they didn't. Of course they didn't. What is even more galling, is that the drain wasn't completely cleared as he promised (£360 for nothing) and I had to finish the job myself. Poor service. Avoid like the plague.

No clear idea of cost of the job from garbled verbal quote on arrival which in theory you have no obligation to accept. In reality you've little choice because you've already been waiting hours. email listed on the website doesn't work in order to write and seek recompense and on inspection claimed accreditation equalling consumer protection appears false. Go elsewhere.

After being badly let down by Dyno I called BDS to help with my drainage problem. They came round the next day and assessed the situation, and sent over someone the day after that to fix the problem. David also managed to fix my heating which had gone off, which was an amazing help. Really fantastic experience with BDS, would use again and recommend to all.

Good service and call time were OK - has to chase down.
However it felt like they dragged the job out. Charges are by 30 mins and additional cost for the machine per 30mins - it racks up! 2 hours cost £480 - £300 was labour. The drain blocked up within 4 days there was no come back.

Professional, efficient and very friendly. The entire drainage system was blocked and we had huge overspill in our back yard. Without fuss they unblocked the whole thing and even cleaned up all the mess that had been left. Very highly recommended.

They did a terrible job and did not solve our problem. They have been consistently rude - we have been shouted at down the phone. They have refused to come out and look at our problem again despite originally offering to, and the '100 day guarentee' they offer on their website. Awful, unpleasant experience. We are seeking further advice.

I had sewage pouring into my house at 2:00am and they quoted 90minutes and turned up within the hour!

It's been 1 month since they came out and my drains haven't been blocked since, compared to previous companies I have used where the drain would re-block 2 weeks after, it was the best drainage service I have ever received.

I have used them on 2 of my other properties for a blocked sink and a broken pipe that our tenant managed to put a nail though.

I would highly recommend their company, all the staff were lovely, helpful and professional ( they left the place clean and tidy every time)
