Alexandra from the Loyalty Team (which is for already BeFibre customers) was extremely helpful and fast with getting me sorted onto the next term. And finding a good deal.

After a frustrating week calling several times, threats to cancel my account and getting irate just to try and get the tech department to call me regarding my network connection I finally got a call from Vicky. Very friendly and helpful. Whilst we chatted about things she worked away and in no time all of my issues were resolved. Give that young lady a raise!!

Tamayra was professional, helpful, and secured a great-value renewal package with upgraded equipment and improved WiFi coverage.
Her friendly, patient support went above and beyond, and she is a real credit to BeFibre.

Awful service, Supposed to connect fibre broadband and landline over a week ago. Customer service can't tell us when or if they will install. Looks like a visit to OFCOM. 01/07/26 It now been another 3 weeks since the fibre should have been installed. No answer to emails, don't answer the phone, you can ask for a call-back but won't get a call-back, You can't cancel by email you have to phone, good luck with that.

I had a super experience with Omar Razak and Stephen Burns today, really nice guys and a swift installation. Cheers!

Worst customer service experience
I made the mistake of signing up to these.
The initial price was £22 and when I got the confirmation sent through on email it said £25 per month. Here we go.
Made 5 phone calls over the next 2 days, passed from pillar to post from customer service to the sign up team and they kept sending me back to each other saying they couldn’t help.
After 3 hours plus making phone calls before I even have the service I just cancelled it, I can imaging how frustrating the customer service would be, no thanks.
Just left on hold.
Tin pot company avoid.
Nice to see someone suddenly wants information after I’ve spent 2 days on the phone being passed all over the place.
I also emailed to cancel the services and was told they couldn’t do it and I would need to ring up. Once again one hour on the phone to cancel the services I didn’t have. Absolutely apauling

Adam was very helpful for me today and very quick, happy with the service I received.

I received excellent help from Anthony today who helped me to reset my Fibre Connection Box. He walked me through things very well and I had confidence throughout. Many thanks.

I have been with them for 18 months. Set up was easy and a good sales pitch from the local salesman but the signal is appalling. Our WiFi cuts out 3-4 times a day. We have two home workers in the house and this is not workable.
We have written to them so many times and every time we are told it will be escalated- it never is and we have to chase it.
Amateurs IMO - paying for a supposedly better service. Internet and customer service really poor with no real commitment to fix the issues.
Others I know who use them experience the same problems - avoid.
*edit* they've asked for more information, which I've sent, but this is the start of everyone customer service experience with them. They offer a cut and paste solution and then stop contacting. Really poor.

Utterly shit service . No one answered the calls . Want to cancel the contract . No one answer the call from loyalty department . 45 min hold than calls disconnected multiple times . No call back . Speed is shit show . Nothing works . Won’t recommend. Hugh waste of time and money

Poor communication, it is difficult to talk to anyone to speak to. I was given Ethan's number but after promising he would help with any issues he didn't answer calls and even hung up a few times. Promises never resulted in actions. My internet reception is not always reliable and have looked at buying a new router or Humax, but this could be the reception I am getting. I have recently been dealing with Adam and am really pleased with him. Hopefully this continues.

Awful customer service. Signed up with Be-Fibre before we moved house 5 weeks ago. Still have not been connected. Initial instalation was scheduled for 9 days after we moved in. Engineer declared it was a 2 person job and left saying someone would be back in a couple of days. Nearly 4 weeks, multiple calls and emails and a full complaint and we have still not had a single contact from their customer service team or anyone to say when we might be connected. The only time we've spoken to anyone, we have called them and got told the same thing each time 'we will raise this with the scheduling team and you will get a notification.' Never happened.
Emails get an automated reply, you should get a response in 2 working days. Never happened. Complaint triggered an automated response, should get contact in 5 working days. That came and went today with no response.

My experience with BeFibre was poor long before the outage happened.
When I joined, BeFibre offered to buy out my old contract. Even that turned into a hassle and took far more chasing than it should have. It set the tone for what dealing with the company would be like, plenty of promises, very little follow through.
The worst part came when my internet stopped working. I quickly identified that the issue was not within my own network and reported it clearly, stressing that I work from home and needed the connection restored quickly. I was told the issue was being treated urgently, but that did not reflect the reality at all.
Communication was awful throughout. There were continued false promises, inaccurate information, and general confusion at almost every stage. I was told people would call me back and they did not. I was told things were being progressed when they clearly were not. I was given reassurance that an engineer was on the way, only for nobody to arrive. Instead of clear, reliable updates, I was left dealing with mixed messages and having to chase repeatedly just to understand what was going on.
An engineer visit was arranged, but I then lost a full day stuck at home waiting after being reassured several times that the engineer was on the way, only for nobody to turn up. That is not a minor inconvenience, it is an unacceptable waste of a customer’s time.
The service was eventually restored, but only after repeated chasing on my part. At no stage did it feel like BeFibre had control of the situation or any real urgency about fixing it.
What makes this especially poor is that faults can happen with any provider. The real test of an ISP is how it responds when something goes wrong. That is where BeFibre failed badly. The service recovery was weak, the communication was unreliable, the information provided was often inaccurate, the process felt confused throughout, and even after leaving I was still having to chase over things that should have been dealt with properly.
Overall, BeFibre came across as disorganised, difficult to deal with, and far too comfortable leaving the customer to do the chasing. I would not trust them again.

There's better deals out there..
IF YOU COME A CROSS A COMPANY CALLED
ZZOOMM..
Be aware that zzoomm are also Be fibre.
And there are much better deals out there. Don't fall for there starter price £19 or £20 as they double it and don't tell you . Appalling dodgey company.
